Planning to buy a new 110cc scooter but confused about the various paint options? Well, we might be able to help you with that

As two-wheeler manufacturers keep offering their motorcycles and scooters with more flashy colours to appeal to the youth, choosing the right option that best reflects your personality can be quite a task. But fret not because this Holi, we list out popular 110cc scooters that are offered with the most paint options in a bid to help you pick out the best option.

1- Activa 5G:
Let’s start with the best selling scooters in India, shall we? The Activa 5G, which was launched last year, gets quite a bit of aesthetic changes to set it apart from its predecessor. It features an all-LED headlamp, a redesigned instrument cluster and chrome inserts for a more premium look. The scooter is available in eight colour options - yellow, black, white, brown, blue, grey, silver and blue. If you want a stealthy and sinister look, you should go for the black paint option. But if you want something that stands out, then yellow, blue or red would do just fine.

The Activa 5G is available in two variants - standard and DLX. While the standard variant retails at Rs 54,206, the DLX variant is priced at Rs 56,071 (ex-showroom Delhi).

2: TVS Jupiter:
To spice things up, we have added the Activa’s primary competitor, the TVS Jupiter, to our list. Both scooters are at par with each other when it comes to power, dimensions, and so on. But when it comes to paint options, the TVS Jupiter beats the Honda Activa by a massive margin. The standard variant is available in eight paint options - black, white, grey, silver, gold, red, blue and brown. And if you, by any chance, thought that these are the only colour options available, then you’d be wrong.

That’s because as you move up the ladder and go for the higher variants, you are presented with a few more paint options. The ZX and the Classic variants are available in just two paint options each - Stallion Brown and Royal Wine for the ZX variant and Autumn Brown and Sunlight Ivory for the Classic variant. The top-end Jupiter Grande variant, on the other hand, gets just one paint option, Starlight Blue.

In total, the TVS Jupiter is available in 13 paint options. Yes, you read that right! And to choose one specific paint option out of these can seem a bit hard. Well, that’s where we step in. If you are looking for an entry-level Jupiter, then you can go for matte blue, grey or black colour options. But if you are willing to spend a couple of thousands more, then you should probably go for the Classic range that is available with dual-tone seats as well. Prices for the TVS Jupiter start from Rs 52,293 and goes all the way up to Rs 59,990 (ex-showroom Delhi).

3: Hero Maestro Edge:
The Hero Maestro Edge might not have set the sales chart on fire like the TVS Jupiter and the Honda Activa 5G, but it still remains a well-rounded scooter. It features telescopic forks up front and hydraulic dampers at the rear. The 110cc motor churns out 8PS of power and 8.7Nm of torque. Also, where Honda and TVS offer just single-tone paint options on their respective products, the Hero is available with both single tone and dual tone paint options. The Hero Maestro Edge is available in nine paint options - white, blue, silver, grey, black, red, matte blue, grey/red and blue/grey. However, if you choose the dual-paint option, you need to shell out Rs 1,400 more than the standard variant, which is priced at Rs 51,100 (ex-showroom Delhi).

4: Yamaha Fascino:
Yamaha launched the Fascino way back in 2015 and it immediately set itself apart from other 110cc scooters with its neo-retro design. Priced at Rs 55,293 (ex-showroom Delhi), it is available in seven colours - black, green, gold, blue, dark blue, grey and cyan. The dark blue and grey variant comes with a contrasting black front panel that enhances the overall styling of the scooter.
