On 29th Jan 2014, Hero Motocorp introduced five new two-wheeler in India, one of these is an all new 110cc scooter, named as Dash. The scooter has been designed on the lines of Hero Maestro, however it looks much sportier and appealing as compared to the former.
Hero Motocorp Dash is powered with a 111cc, 4-stroke, forced air cooled, single-cylinder OHC engine. This new and refined mill is tuned to generate a maximum power of 8.5bhp at 7500rpm and a peak torque of 9.4Nm at 5750rpm. The mileage of the scoot is still not claimed by the company, while the fuel tank capacity is 6-liter.
Some new enhancements have been made to Dash, which makes it unique in its segment. The features include external fuel lid with key opener, key with E-Code and dual moulding. The scooter also sports the service due indicator, analog digital meter, USB mobile charger, boot light, LED tail light, side stand indicator, etc.
Besides, Hero's new Integrated Braking system is coupled with the 12-inch wheels of the scooter. The front tyre of the scoot is 90/90 12-inch tubeless one, and the rear one is a 90/90 10-inch tyre. Its maker has used 130mm drum brakes for both the ends equipping the Integrated brake system. Telescopic Hydraulic Shock Absorbers are coupled at the front and Single Adjustable Hydraulic Shock Absorber at the rear.
In a few months, this scooter will go on sales and will be competing with the likes of Honda Aviator and Vespa LX.

Fantastic design with nice battery but there should have been removable battery and disc brake and foot area should have been more then it would have been good. There should be GPS as well, but overall nice scooter by a Hero. nice wheel as well as chassis. Read More
This scooter comes with a sporty look. It gives good mileage around 75kmpl.
