One of the most exclusive Royal Enfield bikes, with just 125 units allocated to India

Quick Highlights

  • Gets a special colour-shifting paint scheme

  • Based on the Classic 650 with no mechanical changes

  • Limited to just 125 units in India

Royal Enfield has launched the Classic 650 125th Anniversary Edition in India. This limited-edition Royal Enfield bike is restricted to just 125 units. Here are all the details:

Price & Availability

The Royal Enfield Classic 650 125th Anniversary Edition is priced at Rs 4,25,589 (ex-showroom, Chennai). The registrations opened today, October 16, 2026, at 2 PM IST and will remain open until the sale day on October 28, 2026. The bike can only be booked on Royal Enfield's official website, and deliveries are scheduled to begin in November 2026.

What Makes It Special?

The 125th Anniversary Edition is a special model built to celebrate 125 years of Royal Enfield. It is based on the standard Royal Enfield Classic 650, with a round LED headlight, a large teardrop-shaped fuel tank, and twin peashooter exhausts.

However, the main highlight is its special Hypershift paint scheme, which changes colours between red, green, and gold depending on how light falls on the motorcycle. It also gets golden-finished 125-year anniversary badging on the side panels, hand-painted pinstripes on its tank and a brown quilted seat, adding to its exclusive appeal.

All the chrome elements, including the engine casing, exhausts, wheels, and other underpinnings, have been given a blacked-out treatment, giving the bike a stealthier appearance.

The bike is limited to just 125 units in India, making it one of the most exclusive Royal Enfield models.

BikeDekho Says

Mechanically, the special-edition bike remains identical to the standard Classic 650, with changes limited to its colour scheme and detailing. It is powered by a 649cc parallel-twin engine that produces 47 PS and 52 Nm, paired with a 6-speed gearbox. All other underpinnings and features also remain unchanged.

The anniversary edition is Rs 43,492 more expensive than the top-spec Black Chrome variant of the Classic 650, which is priced at Rs 3,82,097 (ex-showroom, Chennai). All said and done, with its exclusive paint scheme and limited production, it will appeal to collectors as well as Royal Enfield enthusiasts. So, if you want to own this special bike, better be ready to play fastest finger first!

The royal Enfield classic 650

The royal Enfield classic 650 is one of those bikes that makes you stop and stare before you even turn the key. The moment you fire it up, the parallel-twin engine greets you with a smooth but deep exhaust note. Out on the roads, the bikes pulls strongly in mid-range. Cruising at 90-100 km/h feels effortless, and you can tell this machine is built to stretch its legs on highway. The 6- speed gear box shifts clean, and the assist clutch makes life a bit easier in traffic, though the lever itself is still on the heavier sideRead More
