The big daddy Himalayan up close and personal, right from the Himalayas
Just one day after Royal Enfield launched the Himalayan 440 in India, the brand has given us the first look at the upcoming Himalayan 750. The bike was showcased at the Himalayan Basecamp in Ladakh, giving us a clearer look at the upcoming Royal Enfield ADV. Here are all the details and its expected launch timeline.
Design
The Himalayan 750 gets an all-new design with an LED headlight, a muscular fuel tank with large tank shrouds, and a tall windscreen. The bike gets a split-seat setup, an upswept exhaust and a rear luggage rack for mounting saddlebags and top boxes. The bike on display gets alloy wheels with dual-purpose tyres – it’s the road-biased variant. However, there’s also a spoked-wheel, off-road-biased variant of the Himalayan which was showcased in Brazil.
Overall, the Himalayan 750 looks quite rugged and purpose-built, and we expect it to be offered in a variety of colours.
Engine
The bike gets an all-new 750cc, parallel-twin, air-and-oil-cooled engine paired with a 6-speed gearbox. While Royal Enfield has not revealed the exact specifications yet, we expect it to produce around 55 PS and 60 Nm.
Underpinnings
The images give us the clearest look yet at the underpinnings of the bike. It gets a preload- and compression-adjustable inverted fork along with a remote-adjustable preload monoshock.
The bike rides on 19-inch front and 17-inch rear alloy wheels, wrapped in Vredestein Centauro XR tyres, 100-section at the front and 150-section at the rear.
From the images, we can also see dual disc brakes at the front and a disc brake at the rear, with ByBre calipers. The bike also gets adjustable brake and clutch levers, which should be a useful convenience feature.
Features
The bike features a 4-inch circular TFT console, similar to the one seen on the Himalayan 450. It gets Bluetooth connectivity, Google Maps mirroring, along with call and SMS alerts.
The Himalayan 750 will be the first Royal Enfield bike to get cruise control and traction control. It will also feature multiple ride modes and dual-channel ABS with selectable ABS modes.
The bike gets dedicated buttons on the switchgear for the ride modes, traction control, cruise control and hazard lights.
Launch Timeline
The Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 will be launched at Motoverse 2026, which will take place between November 27 and November 29, 2026, in Vagator, Goa.

The Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 will be the brand’s flagship adventure bike and the first Royal Enfield to debut the all-new 750cc engine. It will also introduce features such as cruise control and traction control to the brand’s ADV lineup.
We expect the Himalayan 750 to be priced at around Rs 4.5 lakh (ex-showroom). It will rival the likes of the BMW F 450 GS, Honda NX500 and the upcoming Norton Atlas.
