The Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 is the most awaited launch from the brand. It was recently spied, and now its prototype unit was showcased in Brazil.
Here is what the bike gets:
Design
The bike stands tall, as an adventure-ready motorcycle. It gets an LED headlight, which looks like the same unit fitted on the Himalayan 450. It gets a tall windscreen, which will reduce the wind blast and make highway cruising more relaxed. The tank looks more like the one on the Himalayan 411 but larger, and it has a carved-out section for the rider to grip the bike, hinting at a good rider triangle and a comfortable riding position.
Features
The showcased bike has a Tripper Dash display as the Himalayan 450. It will get Bluetooth connectivity, call/SMS alerts and will also feature map mirroring.
Royal Enfield keeps things simple in terms of switchgear. It gets rotary switchgear and a navigation joystick on the left-hand side to navigate through the display. Additionally, the bike gets a cruise control switch, making highway riding effortless.
The bike will also have riding modes as seen on the RHS switchcube with an ‘M’ (mode) button. The modes should alter engine performance and ABS intervention levels.
Engine
The bike is expected to get a new 750cc air/oil-cooled parallel-twin engine. The new motor is expected to produce around 55 PS and 60 Nm, with a 270-degree firing order. It is expected to have a good low-end torque and be tuned for adventure riding.
Underpinnings
The bike is suspended on a USD fork at the front, with compression and preload adjustability. The rear is taken care of by a preload-adjustable monoshock.
The bike gets 19-17-inch front/rear combo paired with tubeless spoked wheels and wrapped with dual-sport tyres at both ends. The Himalayan 750 was spotted in the UK recently with alloy wheels – hinting that the upcoming bike will come in multiple variants.
The braking duties are handled by twin discs at the front, which will inspire confidence during emergency and panic braking. On the rear it gets a disc, and the bike is expected to get switchable ABS and traction control.
All said, the Himalayan 750 will have a good set of features.

The Royal Enfield Himalayan 750 will be the flagship ADV from the brand, and is expected to be priced around Rs Rs 4.50 lakh (ex-showroom). It’s expected to launch in India in early 2027, and will rival bikes like the BMW F 450 GS, Honda NX500, and the upcoming Norton Atlas.
Considering there will be road and off-road biased variants, the upcoming Himalayan 750 should cater to a wide range audience. While the ADV segment has been growing in India, there’s a distinct demand separation between road-biased and off-road biased ADVs. Royal Enfield should be able to cater to both with the upcoming ADV.
