Ather Energy has announced attractive offers worth Rs 25,000 on the 450X (with the Pro Pack) and the 450 Apex for this festive season. The offers are valid till October 31, 2024.

The Ather 450X 3.7kWh (with the Pro Pack) is now available at Rs 1,69,999  after a cash discount of Rs 5,000. After the cash discount, the Ather 450X 2.9kWh (with the Pro Pack) is available at Rs 1,52,599. Customers purchasing the electric scooter during the festive sale will get an 8-year extended battery warranty at no additional cost and access to the Ather Grid charging network for 1 year, which is worth Rs 5,000. Additionally, customers will also get cashback of up to Rs 10,000 on select credit card EMI transactions.

The Ather 450 Apex gets the same festive offers worth Rs 25,000 as the 450X electric scooters. This means after the Rs 5,000 cash discount the 450 Apex will be available at Rs 1,89,998 (ex-showroom Bengaluru, including EMPS 2024).

The Ather 450X is available in 2 variants: 2.9kWh and 3.7kWh. It is powered by a Permanent Magnet Synchronous (PMS) motor, delivering 3kW of nominal power and peaking at 6.4kW with 26Nm. It has a top speed of 90 kmph. The 3.7kWh variant has an IDC (Indian Driving Conditions) range of 150 km. The 2.9kWh variant has an IDC range of 111 km. Charging times differ, with the 3.7kWh variant taking 5 hours and 45 minutes for a full charge, while the 2.9kWh battery requires 8 hours and 36 minutes.

The two Ather 450X variants share similar underpinnings, featuring an aluminium chassis paired with a telescopic front fork and rear monoshock suspension. Braking is handled by a 200mm front disc and a 190mm rear disc, both with CBS and regenerative braking as standard. The scooter rides on 12-inch alloy wheels with 90-section front and 100-section rear tubeless tyres. It offers 170mm of ground clearance and a seat height of 780mm. In terms of weight, the 3.7kWh variant has a kerb weight of 111.6kg, while the 2.9kWh variant weighs 108kg.
