Yamaha has launched the R15M Monster Energy MotoGP Edition in Malaysia at MYR 14,998 or Rs 2.66 lakh. Interestingly, the special edition supersport has made it to the Malaysian shores after the Japanese brand discontinued it in India.
The Yamaha R15M Monster Energy MotoGP Edition, as the name suggests, flaunts a livery inspired by the bikemaker’s factory MotoGP machine. So, it gets a bunch of Monster Energy stickers across the front and side body panels, with a few other stickers too. And as a stark contrast to the glossy black paint scheme, the bike features blue accents.

The special edition R15M is mechanically the same as the India-spec model. So, the 155cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder engine with VVA (Variable Valve Actuation) belts out 19.3PS and 14.7Nm. Even the suspension and braking hardware remains unchanged.The Yamaha R15 V4 and R15M made their global debut starting with the Indian market. And now, while the Monster Energy Edition has been discontinued, it has been replaced by the gorgeous World GP 60th Anniversary Edition.

Its been amazing bike so far, smooth, light weight. Its top speed is pretty good. It gives good mileage. It is very nice for long rides. Performance of the bike is so good. Suspensions works very well on road. Yes, for sure but take my opinion and explore different bike, It may have something that this bike wouldn't have that charm but you can go for it, if you want sporty look and a good racing bike.
