Does being a bigger capacity scooter equate to having a more extensive features list?

Suzuki Access 125 vs TVS Jupiter 110: Which One Offers Better Features?

The Suzuki Access 125 has been one of the best-selling 125cc scooters in India for some time now. The TVS Jupiter 110 is quite a popular model in the 110cc segment, offering a good blend of commuter convenience and riding dynamics. Both scooters have one thing in common, though: their top-end variants are pretty similar in terms of the features on offer. So, how do the Access 125’s Ride Connect TFT variant and Jupiter 110’s Special Edition variant fare against each other in this department? Let’s have a look:

Let’s start with the instrument console. The Suzuki Access 125 gets the upper hand here with its 4.2-inch TFT instrument console, which shows speedometer, tripmeter, odometer, fuel gauge, temperature, and clock readouts, along with other tell-tale lights. It also offers Bluetooth connectivity with turn-by-turn navigation and call and SMS alerts, along with phone battery level and network strength on the TFT console. Overall, the layout looks clean and easy to read.

The TVS Jupiter 110 has a negatively-lit LCD instrument console that shows speedometer, odometer, tripmeter, distance to empty, and clock readouts along with other tell-tale lights. It offers Bluetooth connectivity for call and SMS alerts and turn-by-turn navigation. It also offers voice assistance for navigation.

Other features common between the two scooters include a USB charging port and an engine start-stop functionality. The latter feature switches off the engine when the scooter comes to a stop, and the engine can be switched on again by twisting the throttle. This feature aims to improve mileage while stopping at traffic signals. The hazard lights, available in both scooters, are essential to communicate to other riders on the road that your vehicle is stranded on the side of the road due to a potential hazard, vehicle breakdown, or accident.

Suzuki Access 125 vs TVS Jupiter 110

The Jupiter 110 has a number of tricks up its sleeve that the Access misses out on. Like the Follow Me Headlamp, which stays on for some time after you switch off the engine, so that the path in front of the scooter is illuminated. The Emergency Brake Warning flashes both rear indicators when you brake suddenly on the road during emergency situations to warn other riders on the road. The self-canceling indicator feature switches off the turn indicators automatically after a turn is completed, preventing you from leaving it on accidently.

Suzuki Access 125 vs TVS Jupiter 110

The Suzuki Access 125 has two cubby holes in the front apron for storing items that you’d need on the go. The Jupiter 110 has one cubby hole on the right hand side of the front apron, but it is big enough to take care of most of your on-the-go storage needs. But on the left-hand side of the apron, the scooter has an external fuel filler cap, which lets the rider fill up the scooter at petrol pumps without needing to get off the scooter. This is a very big, convenient feature as it saves time and the hassle of getting off the scooter every time you need to visit a petrol pump.

Suzuki Access 125 vs TVS Jupiter 110

What the TVS Jupiter 110 slightly misses out in terms of front storage space more than makes up for it with its 33 litres underseat storage space, which is more than enough to take care of your grocery or weekend shopping needs. Also, compared to the 24.4-litres underseat storage space in the Access 125, the Jupiter 110 offers better convenience in that regard.

So, after an in-depth look at all the features the scooters have to offer, choosing between the two comes down to one’s personal preferences. The Suzuki Access 125 offers a TFT instrument console with a clean layout, good storage options, and adequate safety options that are useful on a daily basis. Plus, the extra power on offer because of the bigger 125cc engine lets you have the taste of a sporty scooter while enjoying the comfort of a commuter scooter.

Suzuki Access 125 vs TVS Jupiter 110

The TVS Jupiter 110, solely in terms of the features list, might fancy you if you are looking for a scooter that’s feature-loaded to the brim and performance of a 110cc scooter instead of the bigger motor, to be mainly used for daily commutes and grocery runs. Also, the ample amount of storage space will take care of all your convenience needs from a scooter.

So, having looked at what features both scooters have to offer, which one would you choose?

      Positive Review of Access 125
As being an adult, I needed a vehicle to commute to places, I had to select a scooter for house chores and personal uses. I took advice from many people, used AI for comparisons, took reviews, test rides and then selected it as a final decision. So far the ride is comfortable, we can ride for hours without getting back pain or anything, with a good mileage receiving at a petrol scooter, I have no tension about how much I ride on daily basis, the handling, brakes, tyres and suspension are all best. A family person or a new adult should purchase it or as a first two wheeler owner too. You can purchase it. I would surely recommend to you. I will take guarantee of u not regretting getting this scooter.
