Get Ready To Feast Your Eyes On The Hero Vida Electric Scooter Tomorrow

It’ll carry a fresh face and could command a competitive price

It’ll carry a fresh face and could command a competitive price

[Update: The Hero Vida V1 electric scooter has been launched in India. For pricing, features and other details, take a look at the launch report.]

Hero MotoCorp’s electric mobility brand Vida is all set to launch its first scooter tomorrow, something that the brand officially teased the launch a couple of weeks ago. In fact, a Hero scooter was even spied testing last month and we think it could be the Vida e-scooter.

While the specifications of the Hero Vida electric scooter are yet under the wraps, we do know that it will flaunt a fresh, minimalist design language which will be quite a departure from the design of Hero’s existing ICE lineup. The illustration of the e-scooter in the teaser looked quite similar to the Gogoro S1. The company had, in fact, also partnered with Gogoro back in April 2021 and is all set to get Gogoro’s swappable battery technology too.

Previous photos have revealed that the e-scooter will get a telescopic front fork and a monoshock. It is likely to get drum brakes and will ride on 12-inch and 10-inch alloys, at the front and rear, respectively. You can read all about it here.

Expect the Hero Vida electric scooter to come bearing a price tag of around Rs 1 lakh (ex-showroom) and go up against the likes of the Bajaj Chetak and TVS iQube Electric. In addition to the upcoming Vida scooter, Hero MotoCorp had also partnered with Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) to set up charging infrastructure across the country for electric two-wheelers. The launch will also reveal more details about Hero MotoCorp’s recent partnership with Zero motorcycles.

Full for all the people that can be buy or buying thinking that that help can be helpful that performance maintenance and feature and style and this perfect look is excellent this can be help suitable. Speed booster will be the speed of the bike. The scooty sometimes has a problem with the speed booster and balancing, so it is difficult to control the scooty from the phone, especially when checking the child feed. I can recommend this bike to people to buy this because this scooty have fairy future and can travel one city to another now this is helpful for all the people, as this bike is comfortable and best for daily use work. .Read More

V1 Pro- Should you Buy ?

Real world mileage if you run it in eco mode, won't give you 90 km in single charge, even the v2 pro model. However since I bought, I did not spend single penny on maintenance. Other negatives: Vida has not released any software update so far over ota, don't have option to change speedometer dashboard skin, most of the features won't work in app. Keyless: should have an option for key. Should have turn indicator buzzer. You have to be cautious while washing your scooter sometime switch won't work until it gets completely dried.Read More

Very important feature which is the one help me a lot is removable battery. I moved from one rented home to other and at new home no charging facilities at basement. I can carry battery to 3rd floor and charge, with this Vida V1. Thanks for the great features. Read More
