Get Ready To Feast Your Eyes On The BMW G 310 RR Tomorrow

BMW Motorrad is gearing up to launch its upcoming 300cc supersport, called the G 310 RR, tomorrow. The company has been teasing the launch of this bike for weeks on their social media, and we have deciphered details of the instrument cluster and suspension from these teasers.

We know that the G 310 RR will be borrowing most of the hardware from the TVS Apache RR 310. An old teaser had confirmed that the upcoming sports bike will be getting a fully adjustable front suspension. However, a newer teaser revealed that the bike misses out on the fully adjustable front suspension, thus suggesting that it may be available in two variants

We cannot discard the possibility wherein rather than a different variant, BMW might just offer a sports package (likely to be called the ‘M Sport’ package) for the bike, similar to what it does with its bigger models.

BMW G 310 RR will get the same portrait-style 5-inch TFT cluster as the TVS Apache RR 310, although, there is a new interface. Apart from the same hardware, the BMW G 310 RR is seen donning the signature M livery, distinguishing it from the flagship Apache.

From the earlier teasers, we know that the bike will be sharing the same 312.7cc reverse-inclined single-cylinder motor and most of its hardware with the TVS Apache RR 310. You can check out the details here.

The BMW G 310 RR will be launched on July 15, 2022, in India, and is expected to carry a price tag of around Rs 2.85 lakh (ex-showroom) which will still enable it to undercut its rivals, the KTM RC 390 and Kawasaki Ninja 300.
