Auto Expo 2025: What Bikes and Scooters to Expect
We expect to see the manufacturers like Bajaj, TVS, Ola, Suzuki, KTM, Hero MotoCorp and more at the Auto Expo

The next Auto Expo in India is going to be held as part of the Bharat Mobility Global Expo. The Auto Expo 2025 will start from January 17 to January 22, 2025, at the Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi. The theme for the upcoming Auto Expo is ‘Sustainable Sources of Energy and Fuels’, which means that we will get to see a lot of electric and flex fuel vehicles at the event.
Although the list of manufacturers who are going to attend the event is still not out yet, we expect the following bike and scooter manufacturers to unveil, showcase and launch their upcoming products for India:
Bajaj Auto

Bajaj Auto may showcase the Pulsar NS160 Flex Fuel bike at the Auto Expo 2025, which can run on E100 fuel, which is a 93.5 percent ethanol mix. The bike was previously showcased at the India Bio-Energy & Tech (IBET) Expo 2024 and looks identical to the petrol-powered Pulsar NS160. Moreover, the CEO of Bajaj Auto, Rajiv Bajaj also revealed earlier that a flex fuel Bajaj bike can be launched by March 2025.
Bajaj could also reveal a more affordable electric scooter under the Chetak banner. As Rajiv Bajaj also revealed the brand’s plan to launch a new Chetak e-scooter in 2025, which will be based on an entirely new platform, compared to the current Chetak electric scooters.
TVS Motor Company

TVS has also joined the trend of making bikes with alternative fuels other than petrol. In fact, TVS was the first bike maker in India to launch an E100 motorcycle - the Apache RTR 200 Fi E100. Older reports suggest that the manufacturer has been working on the CNG-powered Jupiter and we think that the manufacturer may reveal that at the Auto Expo 2025. It would be a direct competition with the Bajaj Freedom 125 CNG bike.
TVS may also showcase the production-ready TVS Raider 125 Flex Fuel which was showcased last year. The bike can run on 15 percent petrol and 85 percent ethanol blended fuel (E85) and makes the same power output as the petrol-powered bike.
TVS-backed Norton Motorcycles may also showcase a few of their bikes as the British brand is planning to enter the Indian motorcycle market soon.
Ola Electric

A recent shareholder’s call from Ola Electric reveals that the EV maker is planning to launch its Gen 3 electric scooter range in January 2025. We think the new range of Ola S1 Pro, S1 X and S1 Air may be launched at the 2025 Expo. The new S1 range of scooters is likely to have the motor, battery, and electronics housed into a single box unit, which will then be integrated with the scooter’s frame. The scooters will also have Ola's in-house developed battery packs with their locally made battery cells.
Suzuki India

Suzuki India may bring in an electric scooter in India soon, we expect the Japanese manufacturer to reveal the Burgman electric scooter in the country. This will be the perfect time to bring it to India as Honda will be revealing the Activa Electric scooter on November 27, 2024.
Hero MotoCorp

Hero MotoCorp has recently revealed the new Karizma XMR 250, Xtreme 250R, XPulse 210 and the Vida Z electric scooter at the EICMA 2024 in Italy. We expect the manufacturer to showcase these bikes at the Auto Expo this time. Hero can also tease the Xpulse 421 as well as reveal the updated Mavrick 440 and the Karizma XMR 210 at the Expo.
KTM

KTM India may showcase the 390 Adventure and 390 Enduro R for the Indian market. The bikes are expected to launch sometime next year and replace the existing 390 Adventure line-up in India. KTM may also put its big bikes and small dirt bikes on display at the Auto Expo 2025.
Other EV startups and manufacturers may also show up at the Auto Expo 2025 with new bikes and scooters. So, sit back and enjoy the exciting launches and reveals. Because whatever happens, we’ll be the first to bring you the latest updates!

Good response from the customerI bough this TVS raider in Jan 2026. Till now, i did not face any issues with it. This costs around 1.25 Lakhs including EMI. This can be a good commuter bike in 125cc bike models. E20 facility is also added in this bike. Handling is very good in this bike. I feel so comfortable when i ride on highways. I like rear foot support to provide comfort for pillion rider while having seat. Good mileage bike under 125cc bikes. This is kind of family bike with sporty look. City riding people can prefer this mostly. This is a best mileage bike under 1.25Lakhs. i would recommend to change the colour of ABS channel(red colour) to black.Read More
Better than it's competitorsBest 250 segment bike. Ovearall experience with this bike is good. Bike's pick up is great. Looks are fabulous, everything is good apart from hero service. Hero service is not top notch as compared to other companies. Apart from these, everything is good in this bike. Gives good mileage and comfort. Back seat can be more comfortable.Read More

Best family 125CC scooter in IndiaFamily-oriented scooter and comfortable for city rides with soft suspension and reliability of TVS. The Jupiter is itself a very big name in the scooter market for over a decade and provides the complete, balanced package. The scooter is smooth, and the space is more than enough, the only problem is that it doesn't give confidence during overtakes. The service centre experience is also not good, but overall the scooter is a complete package. Yes, 100% to people who are looking for a no-nonsense scooter with comfort and space on daily rides from point A to B with decent power dynamics and a lot of space, and the scooter provides all required features.Read More
