2025 Honda Hornet 2.0: What's New?
The bike is now OBD2B compliant and gets a 4.2-inch TFT screen

Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India recently launched the updated 2025 Hornet 2.0. It is priced at Rs 1,56,953 (ex-showroom Delhi), which is an increase of Rs 13,502 from before. This new model introduces a range of new features, slight design tweaks, and compliance with the updated OBD2B emission standards.
Design

The design of the 2025 Honda Hornet 2.0 now includes updated graphics, and four new colour options: Pearl Igneous Black, Radiant Red Metallic, Athletic Blue Metallic, and Matt Axis Gray Metallic.
Engine
The Honda Hornet 2.0 continues to be powered by the same 184.4cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine but with a slight decrease in power and torque figures, likely due to the bike now complying with the new OBD2B emission standards. It now produces 17PS at 8,500rpm and 15.7Nm at 6,000rpm, down from the 17.2PS and 15.9Nm in the previous model. This is paired to a five-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch.
Features

The biggest change to the Hornet 2.0 is the addition of a new 4.2-inch TFT display, with Bluetooth connectivity through the Honda RoadSync app, which also includes turn-by-turn navigation, call alerts, and SMS notifications. The bike comes equipped with the same LED lighting setup all around, a hazard light switch, and the USB C-type charging port. In terms of safety, the Hornet gets switchable traction control and dual-channel ABS, as compared to single-channel on the previous version.
Underpinnings
No changes have been done to the underpinnings of the 2025 Hornet. It continues with the same golden coloured inverted fork and a monoshock. It still rides on 17-inch alloy wheels at both ends, with a 110-section front and a 140-section tyre at the rear. Braking duties are handled by a 276mm front disc and a 220mm rear disc, as before. The kerb weight is still 142kg, the fuel tank capacity is also 12-litres, the ground clearance of 167mm, and a seat height of 790mm.
Rivals
The Honda Hornet competes directly with the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V, and also other single-cylinder, liquid-cooled bikes like the Yamaha MT-15 V2 and the Bajaj Pulsar NS200 in terms of price.
Honda Hornet 2.0 User Reviews
- Good comfort and HandlingI found this bike with unique design and features in affordable price, I like it's bulk tire, comfort and handling with excellent 185 CC power and affordable mileage, it solved my travelling problem of daily use and mid long drives. Good handling and comfort but getting different noise from engine after 50 speed, sometimes gear is getting stuck when trying to switch faster otherwise bike is good for comfort, handling, pickup and power. Navigation map should display the full map instead if only arrow and direction, small carrier should be there to keep some tools for minor mechanics, display should big 1 inch more, big foot pedal should be there for back seat.Read More3 4

Maximum like look for light is allows good between two seater in book but is good comfortable ride in long run way. steel now and two safety break life opportunity is good To ride a bike further, focus on gradual training, proper nutrition and hydration, and ensuring comfort on your bike. Consistency is key to building endurance and avoiding injury or burnout. Good like so far in way Ensure your bike is the correct size and the saddle height is adjusted so you have a slight bend in your knee at the bottom of the pedal stroke. Check tire pressure, brakes, and all loose components before every ride. To provide a specific recommendation, I would need to know which bike you are referring to. However, based on top-rated and highly recommended models for 2026, here are several options categorized by their primary use and rider experience nice handing and bike is my life Good.Read More8 11
