- Beautiful, Modern & ClassicI bought this bike exactly 1 year ago and since then every single ride reminds me of my previously owned RX135. Retro charm: The upright seating posture, the tear drop tank shape, the spoke wheels and simple classy design. It is a no nonsense piece of art. Engine and transmission: Tall gearing so takes some time to get used to, basically you can pull up to 30kmph in 1st, 45kmph in 2nd, 60kmph in 3rd gear and comfortably cruise at 60-80kmph in 4th/5th gear. Engine is smooth, gear shifts are precise, exhaust heat bothers in summer but they have added a guard now. Zero troubles yet. Suspension & breaking: It is tuned well for Indian conditions - not too soft or stiff, but rear does bottom out occasionally, with a pillion on. Cornering is quite seamless for a commuter class. Breaks are adequate for city rides, never faced a problem. Rear drum makes squeaky noise for few seconds - eww! Ownership & service: I have not faced any problems with the bike, I thoroughly enjoy taking it out for short rides, errands & joy rides on weekend. Service cost is 50% higher when compared to other bikes from this class (150-200cc). Quality of service is very good. Overall I am proud to own this little cracker of a motorcycle and it is a great addition to my garage. I have seen people (including few expert automotive journalists) saying why not buy a splendour or ronin or Bajaj CT instead? Nothing against these bikes. But only those who truly love and appreciate modern classics will fall in love with such simple & beautiful machines (W175). Those madly in love with KTMs - don’t try this world, its a clear misfit, or should I say misfire ;)Read More3
- Fantastic Retro AestheticsThe styling of this bike is truly amazing, boasting fantastic retro aesthetics. My only wish is for a bit more power; just an extra 5 bhp would make it a solid contender in my opinion. Nonetheless, it's still a commendable motorcycle overall.Read More1
- Good PerformanceGreat experience with this lovely bike. Beyond being just a scooter, it's my trusty trip mate for smoothly navigating city highways. The bright colors and featherlight design make it an extension of my own joyful and sprightly personality. Enjoy the fun and good luck!Read More3
