Very bad scooter i hav ever seen before like this

I have honda dio scooter which i buyed in august 2017 i have completed approx 8000 kms there is no mileage at all company people said that this vehicle offers 60 kmpl i buyed that dio so after that i realized there is no mileage at all only pickup is good but at 60 speed the vehicle vibrates full and after 60 or 70 speed petrol guage shows at low point am fed up with this honda dio i buyed this vehicle only the reason was its stylish and trendy then i realized that it was mistake became from me
