Overview
The Bajaj Pulsar 150 is a sporty commuter bike and is powered by a 149.5cc single-cylinder, air-cooled engine. Also, since there have been concerns of bikes complying with E20 fuel regulations, Bajaj has ensured that the Pulsar 150 can run without issues. This applies to all the other Bajaj bikes made in the last decade as well. The next-generation of the Bajaj Pulsar Classic series is reported to be launched in 2026.
A new colour has been launched for the Bajaj Pulsar 150. It is called Black Gold, and is also available on the Pulsar 180.
Bajaj Pulsar 150 Price
The Bajaj Pulsar 150’s price starts from Rs 1,08,772 for the base variant and goes up to Rs 1,15,481 for the top model (both ex-showroom, Delhi). This makes the Pulsar 160 slightly more expensive than the Hero Xtreme 160R 2V. If you are looking to buy this bike and want to know how much it costs with all the formalities, we have explained the top variant’s on-road pricing in the top 5 cities of India.
Bajaj Pulsar 150 Colours
The Bajaj Pulsar 150 is offered in 5 colour schemes: Black Gold, Ebony Black Cherry Red, Ebony Black Ink Blue, Ebony Black Dark Grey and Bottle Green with Copper Beige.
Bajaj Pulsar 150 Variants
The Bajaj Pulsar 150 is offered in three variants: SD (Single Disc), SD UG, and TD UG (Twin Disc). The single-disc variant gets a single-piece seat and a single-piece pillion grab handle, while the other premium variant offers split seats along with split grab rails. The twin-disc variant, known for its sporty look, also misses out on the engine kick-starter and tyre hugger.

Bajaj Pulsar 150 Design
The bike still retains its original design with the muscular fuel tank and sleek tail section, but now it gets a new LED headlamp, which looks quite modern. The bike also gets LED indicators, which are a nice addition.
While the colours are pretty straightforward, the graphic scheme is pretty sporty and comes with matching rim stickers. We quite like the new graphics and colour scheme. We’ll have to wait and see how Pulsar fans receive the new design, though. If you want more details about the 2026 Bajaj Pulsar 150, check it out in detailed images.

Bajaj Pulsar 150 Engine
The Bajaj Pulsar 150 is powered by a 149.5cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder engine which outputs 14PS and 13.25Nm. The engine is paired to a 5-speed gearbox.

Bajaj Pulsar 150 Features
The Bajaj Pulsar 150 comes with an LCD instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity. The Twin disc variant also gets dual-channel ABS for added safety. The bike also comes with backlit switchgear and while the headlight with two pilot lamps and indicators uses halogen bulbs, the tail lamp is equipped with LED lighting.

Bajaj Pulsar 150 Chassis, Brakes, Wheels, Suspension
Suspension duties are handled by a 37mm telescopic front fork in the twin-disc variant and a 31mm unit in the single-disc variant. Both variants feature twin gas-charged rear shock absorbers. Braking is managed by a 280mm front disc, 230mm rear unit in the twin-disc variant and a 260mm front disc and 130mm rear drum in the single-disc variant. While the single disc variant comes with single-channel ABS, the TD variant gets dual-channel ABS. The bike rides on 17-inch alloy wheels, with the single-disc variant featuring 80-section front and 100-section rear tubeless tires, while the twin-disc variant gets a wider 100-section front and 120-section rear tubeless rubbers. In terms of weight, the twin-disc variant weighs 150kg (kerb), while the single-disc variant is slightly lighter at 148kg (kerb). Additionally, it has a generous 15-litre fuel tank capacity and offers a ground clearance of 165mm.

Bajaj Pulsar 150 Competition
The Bajaj Pulsar 150 goes up against other sporty commuter bikes in the 150-160cc segment, such as the Hero Xtreme 160R 2V and the TVS Apache RTR 160 2V in India. The Hero Xtreme 160R 2V is the most affordable of the three.
