TVS Motors have today launched their most powerful Apache in the series - RTR 200 4V at Rs. 88,990 for carbureted version, Rs. 1.07 lac for the fuel injected variant and Rs. 1.15 lac for the ABS & Pirelli tyres equipped model (all prices are ex-showroom, Chennai). The bike has been rolled in two variants - carbureted and fuel-injected and will be available in seven colours including - Matte Black, Matte Grey, Matte White, Matte Red, Matte Yellow, Gloss White and Gloss Black.
The TVS Apache RTR 200 4V is powered by 197.75cc, single-cylinder, 4-valves, oil cooled engine that is coupled to a 5-speed gearbox. Its smooth fuel injected powerplant is capable enough to produce 20.7bhp of power and 18.1Nm of torque, whereas the carbureted engine generates 20.2bhp of power. As per the company claims, the most powerful Apache motorcycle takes 3.9 seconds to reach 0-60kmph and can attain a top speed of 130kmph.
