The Suzuki Access 125 Special Edition has been spotted at a dealership wearing a new matte red paint scheme. Those interested will soon be able to choose from four different colour schemes, including matte black, matte red pearl white and silver. Expect the 2019 Suzuki Access SE to carry a premium of around Rs 2,000 over the disc brake with CBS variant, which is priced at Rs 63,458 (ex-showroom Pune), while deliveries are expected to commence after a week.
So what differentiates this ‘special edition’ model from the standard model? Simply put, it features blacked-out alloys and grab rails, chrome rearview mirrors, a retro-styled beige-coloured seat and special edition stickers on the rear side panels. It also gets a front disc as standard. But that’s about it as the rest of the scooter remains unchanged.
Both the standard and special edition models come with nifty features like dual-luggage hooks, a DC socket to charge your phone, a cubby hole on the front apron, a semi-digital instrument console and Suzuki’s easy start system.
Powering the Access 125 is a 124cc, single-cylinder SEP (Suzuki Eco Performance) engine that puts out 8.7PS at 7000rpm and 10.2Nm at 5000rpm. In terms of underpinnings, the scooter employs a telescopic fork and a single shock absorber at the rear. Anchoring the scooter is a single disc brake up front and a drum unit at the rear. CBS (combined braking system) comes as standard. The Suzuki Access 125 competes against the Honda Activa 125, Honda Grazia, TVS NTorq 125, Hero Maestro Edge 125 and the Hero Destini 125.

The Suzuki Access 125 ride connect is very smooth and reliable scooter. The pickup is good and the engine feels refined while riding in the city. The bluetooth feature is very useful because it connects with the Suzuki ride connect app and shows navigation on the speedometer. The seat is comfortable and the mileage is also good around 45-50km/l. The breaking with front disc and CBS is safe and responsive. Overall good. Everyone knows suzuki access is a good scooty. With regards to mileage, pick up and safety evrything is great. Looks stylish and seat capacity is also huge can easily accommodate 2 people. Headlight is amazing too in the darker roads upper and lower lights both work very well and have the capacity of capturing larger areas in dark atleast better as compared to other brands.Read More
Initially the stock battery was very worst, it used to dry very often. And sometimes there is a vibration when I start the vehicle and run on low rpm, even the showroom didn't rectify it.
