Motoverse 2025: These Modified Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450s Are Out Of This World

A whole bunch of  modified Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450s graced their presence at Motoverse 2025, and they look absolutely beautiful. We got to see everything from cafe racers to streetfighters, and here’s a brief breakdown:

Warlord

This bike was built by Lamba Enterprises and Neev Motorcycles based out of Delhi. This modified Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 is an aggressive cafe-racer, complete with a fatter inverted fork, RCB brake calipers at both ends, along with some design changes. To accommodate the new suspension, the custom houses have used an aftermarket triple clamp. 

For a more aggressive riding position, the Warlord gets a lowered clip-on handlebar setup, but with the stock Guerrilla 450 switchgear. We quite like the instrument console placement on this one. 

Obsidian

This is a streetfighter built by Maverick Motors and Homebound Customs, from Bengaluru. The bike has undergone a few changes to its underpinnings, along with changes to improve performance.

The stock headlight has been swapped out for a boxier-looking LED one. The custom fork goes well with the low clip-on handlebars. 

The tank remains the same, but with a custom colour scheme featuring a beautiful pin stripe design. This one’s all about being solo, as indicated by the shortened subframe with a rider-only seat. Lastly, the obsidian gets a free flow exhaust which should allow the engine to breathe better, thus improving performance.

The Edgy Affair

This is another streetfighter build, and is made by Nomadic Motorbikes and VP Designs, Pune. This build has used more of a neo-retro design as compared to the others in the list.

The first thing which stands out in this build is the intricately designed wheel, and the curvy exhaust routing. The icing on the cake is the single-sided swingarm - something we only see on higher capacity motorcycles.

It even gets a twin disc setup up front, which should come in handy to bring this fire-breather to a halt. Afterall, it gets a few engine mods including a re-routed performance intake, and a free-flow exhaust.

Urumi

This custom build, made by SVR motors and Mighty Mech, is named after the flexible Urumi sword. It features a custom quarter fairing setup which looks quite aggressive and stylish.

But the real party is at the back as it also gets a single-sided swingarm. However, this one appears to be fully custom-built with several complex curves. We reckon it must’ve taken a lot of engineering to make something as crazy as this! Even the wheels look absolutely gorgeous. This one too gets a custom exhaust and twin discs with radial calipers up front. 

With these mods, Urumi is poised to not only set the drag strip on fire, but also look hot while doing it. 

Vayuputra

Well, this one gives us a preview of how a Royal Enfield Continental GT 450 would look like. The Vayuputra is a cafe racer built on the Guerrilla 450, and just like its name suggests, it is all about aerodynamics.

It features a quarter fairing setup, with lowered clip-on handlebars. For weight reduction, the console has been removed giving the bike a proper race bike feel. Aside from this, the reworked subframe features foam panels instead of a proper seat cementing the race bike credentials. Overall, this build really stood out to us as it looks like the perfect younger sibling of the recently unveiled Continental GT-R 750.

Guerrilla 450 ALX

This is the most futuristic looking Guerrilla 450 out there, and it gets a ton of changes to its design and underpinnings. Key modifications include a sharp, shark-like front section, redesigned tank and side panels, revised tail section, custom seat, an adjustable inverted fork and an aftermarket monoshock at the rear.

Those high-performance tyres and twin front discs with Brembo calipers should really round-off this modified bike’s handling. 

Hit & Run

This build could be the lightest one among the lot, as it uses a lot of carbon fibre parts. The build overall seems to be relatively simple, with a few changes made to the underpinnings and performance. 

Hit & Run gets a premium looking gold-finished inverted fork, with clip-on handlebars featuring adjustable brake and clutch levers. There’s also a free flow exhaust system which should help in improving the engine’s overall performance. With all the changes made, this custom bike is 30kg lighter than the stock Guerrilla 450. For perspective, the stock Guerrilla 450 weighs 185kg, kerb.

Gravity

Out of the bikes we have spoken about so far, this one has to be the most unique. That’s because those hollow hubless wheels really take things to the next level. This is the first time we are seeing a Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 with a hollow wheel setup.

Another interesting detail here is the exhaust, which looks like a honeycomb and is routed directly under the seat. 

Gung-Ho

The Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450 is meant to be an agile motorcycle meant for the city, so making a supermoto seems to be the most natural way to get the best out of the bike. The Gung-Ho gets a longer travel suspension setup, with smaller spoke wheels at both ends (likely 17-inchers).

For weight reduction, the headlight and console have been removed and the subframe has been revised. The custom paint scheme also gives it a funky appearance, and fits well with the overall character.

Kuzuri

Kuzuri literally translates to Wolverine from Japanese. HRS Enterprises and Bengaluru-based Bulleteer Customs have gone the distance trying to make this a fitting tribute to the Wolverine, with sharp claws for tank extensions. 

The bike features aggressively lowered clip-on handlebars, and a raised tail-section giving a more committed riding posture. One of the things which we loved about this build is the attention to detail, with beautiful liveries on the tank, and sidepanels. 

These 10 custom Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450s show how far custom bike enthusiasts and modders can take the Guerrilla 450. They’ve been made for the Busted Knuckle Buildoff Competition, which will judge these bikes on aesthetics via an online voting, and the performance via a drag race. The results will be announced by February 2026.
