Modified Yamaha XSR 155: Looks Battle Ready
This one-off custom bike has a lot of additions and a new paint scheme
Yamaha has recently launched the XSR 155 in Japan at Yen 490,000 (around Rs 2.97 lakh). However, Yamaha Japan has also showcased a custom XSR 155. The bike is created in collaboration with Beams, a Japanese fashion brand.
The bike gets custom olive green paint on the tank, side panels, on the headlight ring, the front fender and the bash plate. It gets white-coloured Yamaha and XSR 155 branding on the tank, which gives it a neat look. The side panels get ‘Happy Outside Beams’ text painted in golden colour, to signify its fun, adventurous appeal. That said, the XSR looks combat-ready in this avatar.
This is also because of its scrambler-style handlebars, minimal round rearview mirrors with carbon-fibre design, small indicators, a headlight grill and chunky knuckle guards. To enhance its adventure-readiness, it gets soft panniers and a top box with luggage packs tied around it.
Apart from the cosmetic changes, the bike remains the same. It is powered by a 155cc liquid-cooled engine producing 19PS and 14Nm, whereas the Indian version produces 18.4PS and 14.2Nm. It gets dual-channel ABS, switchable traction, and a basic LCD console without Bluetooth connectivity.
All said, this is more of a show bike and not a production model. So the chances of it coming to India are quite negligible.

- I recommend for studentsStylish and mileage is good. The bike looks are amazing and the bike gives 42kmpl mileage in city. It is e85 compliant so you don't need to worry about fuel cost. Yahama have a good service and you usually get any parts of the bike easily. This bike in highway it's feel like you riding a jet and the bike is so so amazing and in highway it's give you 45-50 mileage and the sites is good and this bike have good in build quality and the bike weight is so light. For college students and works it's good bike have good mileage and low maintenance cost so for college students is good. - This bike is awesome and stableI choose this bike because of performance and mileage. Everything is perfect in the bike and the look and design is really awesome. It looks like a racer bike. This bike suit me a lot because I am 5.6. The performance of this bike is really awesome.
