TVS Motors India has recently put on air the latest TVC of its 125cc bike – Phoenix. Mahesh Babu, who has been the brand ambassador of TVS since 2013, is seen flaunting the awesomeness of the bike. First, he helps an office going man, who has just missed his bus, there he boasts of the efficacious 125cc EcoThrust engine. Next, he helps a woman of his mother’s age who is trying to hire a taxi, there he uses the appreciable mileage of 67kmpl to drop her home safely to her husband. Then he finds his motorcycle by using the smart Vehicle locator key in the parking lot.

On his journey, the camera displays the easy to read, fully digital instrumentation and all the pleasing elements of the machine. Other features of the machine are twin 5-step adjustable MIG (monotube inverted gas filled canister) rear shock absorbers with series spring, roto-petal 240mm front disc brake, tank scoops, sporty graphics, compound padded seat & body colored grab rail, premium 3D logo, twin LED pilot lamps, tubeless tyres, hazard lamps and many more.

TVS Phoenix is powered by a 124.53cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled, EcoThrust engine that is coupled with a 4-speed constant mesh gearbox. The motor is tuned to generate a maximum power of 10.9bhp at 8,000rpm with a peak torque of 10.8Nm at 5,500rpm. The amazing mileage is assisted by a 12 liter fuel tank capacity. The front suspension of the motorcycle is telescopic, oil damped. The front tyre is 2.75 x 17-inch and the rear tyre is 90/90 x 17-inch in size.

On the other hand, the build of TVS Phoenix is nimble and its dimensions are quite comforting. White Night, Crimson Black, Black Magic, Red Hot, Midnight Black and Cherry White are the shades available with the bike. With a price tag of Rs. 52,280 for drum brake variant and Rs. 56,189 for the disc brake variant, the bike competes well with Honda Shine, Hero Glamour, Bajaj Discover 125 M and Yamaha SS 125.

TVS Phoenix User Reviews
- It's A Superb BikeIt's a superb bike, but the only issue is the availability and cost of spare parts. Overall, the performance is good and comfortable. Liked it.1 1
- Pickup and mileage are great. For 125cc engine, overall pickup and mileage, both are good. Gear transmission pattern should have been 1 down 3 up instead of all up because traffic conditions require such a pattern. I have ridden 50,000 Km since Aug 2015 and the front sprocket shaft is damaged. I need to replace it with getting the engine down. Back shock absorbers not working now.Read More1

- Best 125CC BikeAwesome performance with amazing mileage with 60+ speed. I'm having this bike for 5 years. Had a great experience.
- Again Unacceptable Bike from TVSTvs makes a loose impression from Bikers, Their is a huge list of failure models and very less quality service availability. Any manufacturer hits its own products by sales, service and fully consumer focused organisation, So here is no chance to attract the consumers with new product launches but you need to read consumers minds and their quires. TVS Phoenix is a good one- but-- but above points makes phoenix unsuccessful again in future and then TVS new Models arises ,arises, arises.. What a shit...!!!Read More1 1
