The waiting period for KTM’s most affordable faired bike in India, the RC 125, has been revealed. The good news is that it only commands a waiting period of a month or less in most cities across India. Here’s a list of the waiting period across major cities:

The motorcycle was launched on June 19, and deliveries have commenced across the country. The RC 125 shares both its engine as well as its underpinnings with the KTM 125 Duke. But at Rs 1.47 lakh (ex-showroom Delhi), it is more expensive than the naked by a whole Rs 17,000. But if you’re in the market for a value-laden, track-focussed, fully-faired motorcycle, the Yamaha YZF-R15 Version 3.0 is a better option as it undercuts the RC 125 by Rs 8,000 while offering a bigger, more advanced and powerful engine as well as dual-channel ABS as standard.
