Which is the ideal colour for you?
The recently launched 350cc KTM 390 Duke is on sale in 3 colourways, and things can get a bit confusing as to which one’s best for you. If you’ve been going through the same dilemma, here’s which colour you should go for:
Atlantic Blue - The easiest to recommend
Just look at this colour, it’s so handsome. The rich blue shade on the tank gives the bike a slightly classy look while the orange bits on the tank extensions and side panels remind you that this is still a KTM: a mad, orange bike. This blue colour adds a touch of sophistication to what is a loud and aggressive but also polarising-looking bike.
In some ways, the Atlantic Blue gives you the best of both worlds and that’s why it’s the easiest to recommend of the two.
Black - If Batman rode the 390 Duke
The black colourway takes things the opposite way. The 390 Duke is an aggressive and eye-catching bike in itself so if you want to add a layer of stealth to it, it doesn’t get better than this colour. The blacked-out treatment on the tank and side panels look beautiful while the orange background to the black ‘390’ badging on the tank keeps its Duke DNA alive.
The Duke looks good in this colourway as well and if you like a bit of stealthy touch, you will quite like this.

These things said, we’re surprised the 350cc KTM 390 Duke isn’t offered in an all-orange colour scheme, staying true to its Duke heritage.

If you are buying this motorcycle directly and have not driven a 390cc before, then this 350cc engine will give you the best performance. All the features are the same. Only the engine has a little less power, but that 4-5 bhp is not noticeable. To be honest, I was confused between this and the the Triumph speed 400 but the 390 is just a different vibe. It's got an aggressive look that stands out in the college parking, plus in mumbai u need that instant power to gap vehicles. Nothing in this budget gives you this much performance , power , feel and technology its a beast!!.The acceleration is very unreal , but the enginge gets quite hot when you're stuck at a signal for too long. Suspension is a bit stiff, so you'll feel the mumbai potholes , but on highsway its very stable. Handling is very light yess but keep in mind its not a family bike. its for people who love speed and beginners pls stay away cuz power delivery is very sharppp. Best 400cc .
