Delhi has the lowest on-road price for the Honda Shine 125 (Drum variant) among the five cities analysed: Rs 95,645. The ex-showroom price sits at Rs 82,722, with an RTO charge of Rs 6,617 and an insurance premium of Rs 6,306 on top. The tax structure in Delhi is comparatively lower, making it the most affordable metro for the 125cc commuter.
Kolkata
In Kolkata, the Shine 125 carries an on-road price of Rs 96,469. The ex-showroom figure of Rs 82,719 is fractionally lower than in Delhi, yet a higher RTO tax of Rs 7,444 pushes the final total up. Insurance holds at Rs 6,306, matching Delhi exactly. As a result, Kolkata buyers pay Rs 824 more than their Delhi counterparts for the same motorcycle.
