Going by their words, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India have launched CD 110 Dream at just Rs. 41,100 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Earlier, they had announced that a mass segment motorcycle from their side will be coming in the country. This commuter is designed on the lines of Dream Neo and Dream Yuga which makes it as interesting as its siblings are to the people of the country. The bike is designed to take down other machines share and to further strengthen Honda's hold in the market.
Honda CD 110 Dream features a 110cc, air-cooled, engine that is mated with 4-speed gearbox. The engine is tuned to churn out a maximum power of 8.25hp at 7,500rpm and a total torque of 8.63Nm at 5,500rpm. The healthy power performance comes with a claimed mileage of 74kmpl. The slim and lightweight of the bike makes it easy to pick up speed. Plus, the bike has been designed keeping in mind the Indian road conditions which led it with a result of 179mm tall ground clearance. The bike also sports a long and comfy seat for the rider to complete a long tiring journey with less stress.
The availability of the Honda CD 110 Dream is planned from August 2014 and will bring an option of 3 three colors that are Black with Red Stripe, Black with Blue Stripe and Black with Grey Stripe. Soon, Honda's 160cc motorcycle is also going to storm the market.
