India’s best selling bike now gets segment first features
Just last week Hero MotoCorp announced the launch of the Splendor Plus Xtec, the most tech-laden Splendor yet. It will also serve as the top variant of the Splendor Plus lineup, the iconic work horse. For 2022, Hero has thrown a useful set of modern features at the bike, giving it a fresh breath of relevance in a time that’s digitally reliant. Hardly a week later, Hero has already dispatched the new variant across its dealerships. Bookings have commenced, and deliveries too should begin soon.

The world’s largest bikemaker has yet again managed to keep the Splendor moniker relevant with changing times. This time Hero’s favourite work horse gets a touch of modernity with a full digital instrument cluster, USB charging, Bluetooth connectivity, real time mileage and more. Priced at Rs 72,900 (ex-showroom Delhi), the new features boost the sense of value you get from the Splendor Plus Xtec which commands a premium of Rs 2,200 over the i3s variant.

So if you’re in the market for one of these, check out our story that explains the differences between Splendor Plus variants and know which one is the one for you.
