Hero MotoCorp has hiked the prices of the Destini 125. Both the variants of the scooter (alloy and steel wheels) are now more expensive by Rs 500. The hike comes just after the first price increase back in May 2020. Check out the full price list below:
While its first price hike was substantial, the second one isn’t. That said, even after the hike in prices, it still remains one of the most value-for-money 125cc scooters in India. To give you a perspective, its primary rivals, the Suzuki Access 125 and the Honda Activa 125, are priced from Rs 69,100 and Rs 68,997, respectively.
Other than the added premium, there have been no changes to the scooter. It continues to use a 124.6cc single-cylinder engine, churning out 9.1PS and 10.4Nm. The scooter rides on a telescopic front fork and a single rear shock absorber, linked to 10-inch wheels on both ends wrapped with 90-section tyres. The 130mm drum brakes on both ends bring the scooter to a halt. Hero does not offer a front disc even as an option.
In a related development, Hero MotoCorp has also introduced multiple variants to its 100cc commuter motorcycle, the Hero HF Deluxe BS6. The newly added variants make the bike a lot more affordable than before. You can read more about it here.

- Im using Destini XTEC fromIm using Destini XTEC from last 1 month. It really good in terms of mileage which is around 50 and comfort but when it comes to performance it is not that good you are expecting from product of hero. You may feel vibration at higher RPM or at max speed and control not so good. I will recommend Destini only if you are using it for normal city ride of around 10-20km per day.Read More
