First TVS Electric Bike Unveiling Tomorrow!

The bike could have an aggressive streetfighter design similar to the TVS Apache RTR 310

Quick Highlights

  • The bike was teased via the brand’s social media channels

  • We got a glimpse of the disc brakes at both ends

  • Might come with a TFT console & modern electronic aids

TVS has just dropped a teaser for its upcoming electric bike, scheduled to be unveiled at EICMA 2025. It will be the first TVS electric bike, and here’s everything you need to know:

Judging by the teaser, the bike will have a sharp and aggressive streetfighter design, likely to have taken inspiration with the Apache RTR 310. We also got a short glimpse of the gold-finished inverted fork setup, and disc brakes at both ends.

The bike might feature a similar powertrain as the TVS X electric scooter, which, for perspective, is powered by an 11.7kW motor (peak) and offers a claimed top speed of 105kmph. Another possibility could be that TVS might just use a brand new powertrain for this bike - to show the world that it is well-prepared for the electric bike segment. Interestingly, the TVS X is all set to unveil the X electric scooter in Europe at EICMA 2025, along with the TVS M1-S maxi-style scooter and the new 300cc stunt bike based on the TVS RTSx concept.

It will likely come with a TFT console with all the related features, including smartphone connectivity with full-fledged navigation, and call/SMS alerts, among others. It could also offer electronic aids such as hill hold assist, multiple riding modes and a reverse mode as well. While this is still a concept, we believe TVS might launch the production version of the EV a couple of years later. If it really turns out to be a proper performance electric bike, then it will rival Ultraviolette electric bikes, when launched. We’ll be reporting live from EICMA 2025, so stay tuned!
