Yamaha has launched the latest iteration of the 135LC FI in Malaysia. The sporty scooter is also known as the Yamaha Jupiter 135LC in select markets. For 2022, it has received a major overhaul as it now employs a Euro 4 compliant engine and a few modern features.
Yamaha Jupiter 135LC FI gets a sharp and sporty design. The fascia of the scooter mounts an LED headlight and a new apron that features twin LED DRLs.

Moving to the side, you'll see that the scooter features edgy body panels with graphics, a centre hump on the floorboard, single-piece seat, lean upswept exhaust, and sharp rear grab handles. The scooter gets a lean tail section and sports an LED taillight.
On the features front, it comes equipped with an LCD instrument cluster, a 4.6-litre fuel tank and centre hump-mounted basket (only with SE variant) for extra storage. This basket is said to be waterproof, and gets a USB charging port.
Powering the Yamaha Jupiter 135LC FI is a 135cc Euro 4 compliant single-cylinder engine that puts out 12.14PS and 11.79Nm. For reference, the TVS NTorq 125 Race XP churns out 10.2PS and 10.8Nm from its 124cc motor, while the Yamaha Aerox 155 delivers 15PS and 13.9Nm from its 155cc liquid-cooled engine.
The ride of the scooter is taken care of by a telescopic fork at the front and a monoshock at the rear. For braking, it uses a disc brake at both ends.
The Yamaha Jupiter 135LC is available in two variants: Standard and SE. The former is priced at RM7,798 (around Rs 1.44 lakh), while the latter costs RM8,198 (around Rs 1.51 lakh). The issue with the rear rim was the worst. The socket in which the rim fits it got loose and when i went to the service centre, they didn't come up with the solution. The front suspension is so hard that you can't even take small pots on the road. And the fit and finish can be much better. The rear break is week. If the road condition is very good and millage is not an issue and someone who wants a scooter which can deliver power and has a good road presence can consider it. And the feel when you ride this giant scooter on road everyone see this like how a scooter looks like this muscular. Ride is comfortable and smooth braking system. - yamaha aerox 155 Reviewi choose this bike because it looked good , i specifically liked the red and black combo , the red wheels looks amazing and i liked the styling of the scooter, mileage was also amazing like other scooters. The ride is amazing i have went many places in this scooter with my friend and we have yet not faced any major issue during the ride we took it off road to jungle road also but everything was fine specifically the suspensions better as compared to other scooters in market . i think students should buy this its a little rough and tough it looks good has a good pickup has a decent storage space and finally gives a good milage and it does not make any loud sounds during the start so you can easily take it out for night outs.Read More12 10
