BREAKING: 2027 Kawasaki Z1100 Launched In India At Rs 12.79 Lakh

At this price, it is still the most affordable litre-class streetfighter in India

Quick Highlights:

  • 2027 Kawasaki Z1100 launched

  • Available in one paint scheme, and costs same as the 2026 model

  • Deliveries will commence from today, that is October 19, 2026

Kawasaki has launched the 2027 Z1100 in India at Rs 12,79,000 (ex-showroom), which is exactly the same as the 2026 model. The latest iteration of the litre-class naked streetfighter remains completely unchanged, with no updates to its design, features, engine or underpinnings. It continues to be available in the same Ebony/Metallic Carbon Gray colour scheme.

The 2027 Kawasaki Z1100 retains its aggressive styling, following the brand’s signature ‘Sugomi’ design philosophy. It features a sharp front end, muscular fuel tank, minimal bodywork and a compact rear section, giving it a distinctive streetfighter stance. There are no cosmetic changes for the new model year.

Powering the motorcycle is the same 1,099 cc, liquid-cooled, inline-four engine that produces 136 PS at 9,000 rpm and 113 Nm at 7,600 rpm. The motor is paired with a 6-speed gearbox and gets an assist and slipper clutch, along with a bi-directional quickshifter for clutchless upshifts and downshifts.

The Kawasaki Z1100 continues to use an aluminium frame, suspended by a 41 mm inverted front fork and a gas-charged Horizontal Back-link rear monoshock, with adjustability offered on both ends. Braking duties are handled by dual 310 mm front discs with Brembo monobloc calipers and a 260 mm rear disc.

In terms of features, the motorcycle gets all-LED lighting and a 5-inch colour TFT instrument console with smartphone connectivity and turn-by-turn navigation. Its electronics package includes a six-axis IMU, cornering ABS, traction control, multiple power modes, engine brake control and cruise control. There is also a bi-directional quickshifter for added convenience.

With no changes apart from the model year, the 2027 Kawasaki Z1100 continues to offer the same performance and equipment as its predecessor at an unchanged price. However, buyers looking for substantial updates will have to wait for a more comprehensive revision.

Don't expect mileage from this bike because this is not mileage bike. This is built for performance and comfortable ride, so far so good this bike and it's breaking system is absolutely perfect. Overall amazing bike. Yes, of course I recommend this bike , as far as they can afford it.
