Two-Wheelers Launched In July 2026
From sporty looking electric bikes, electric scooters, flex fuel bikes to a V4 powered superbike
July 2026 turned out to be one of the most exciting months for the Indian two-wheeler industry. We saw several important launches across different segments, from environment-friendly electric scooters and motorcycles to feature-packed petrol-powered bikes and premium superbikes as well. Whether you were looking for an affordable commuter, a sporty EV or a high-performance motorcycle, there was something for everyone. Here’s a look at all the major two-wheelers that were launched this month.
TVS Raider 125 Doctor Doom Edition
TVS expanded its Super Squad Edition (SSE) lineup with the new Raider 125 Doctor Doom Edition. Inspired by the iconic Marvel supervillain, the motorcycle gets a glossy black paint scheme with striking green and silver graphics. Mechanically, it remains unchanged and continues to use the 124.8cc single-cylinder engine, along with the same features list.
Avore Electric Bikes
Avore entered the Indian electric motorcycle segment with the launch of the EX1 and EX2. Both feature a modern, sporty design, good on-paper performance figures, long-range, and feature-packed equipment list. The EX2 offers a claimed range of up to 255km, while the EX1 is positioned as a more affordable alternative. Other than this, the EX2 S variant of the EX2 also offers features like a 7-inch touchscreen TFT console, and there is also a manual gearbox ride mode which enables a 4-speed gearbox.
Vida VX2 Plus 4.4 kWh
Hero MotoCorp expanded the Vida VX2 lineup by introducing the new VX2 Plus with a larger 4.4 kWh battery pack. The bigger battery means that the e-scooter now offers a claimed range of 187 km, which is a significant improvement over the other variants. Along with this it still retains the same practical design, connected features and comfortable riding experience.
Yamaha FZ Blue Flex
Yamaha launched its first ever flex fuel bike called the FZ Blue Flex in India. It is capable of running on both normal petrol and ethanol-blended fuel (up-to E85). The flex-fuel compatible engine supports cleaner mobility while maintaining the familiar performance, fuel efficiency and everyday practicality that the FZ series is known for.
Yamaha Aerox-E
Yamaha made its electric scooter debut in India with the launch of the Aerox-E. It features dual removable battery packs, a 117 km claimed range, 95.5 kmph top speed, traction control, TFT display, reverse mode, keyless ignition and much more, making it one of the most feature-loaded premium electric scooters in the segment. However, priced at Rs 2.82 lakh (ex-showroom), the claimed range could have been slightly better.
Ather 450 Overtones
Ather refreshed the 450 range with the new Overtones edition, bringing unique colour combinations to its popular electric scooter. Along with this, the brand also gave it a bigger 900 w charger to improve charging times. While the styling has been updated, the scooter continues to offer the same strong performance, connected features and refined riding experience.
Revolt RVX
Revolt expanded its electric motorcycle portfolio with the launch of the all-new RVX. Positioned as a sporty looking, practical commuter, it offers a claimed range of up to 160 km, a top speed of 90 kmph and modern features including fast charging and keyless functionality, making it an attractive everyday electric motorcycle.
Yezdi Bikes New Colours
Yezdi refreshed its lineup by introducing new colour options across the Adventure, Roadster and Scrambler range. The updated shades give the motorcycles a fresher appearance while retaining their mechanical package. However, the Yezdi Adventure also got tubeless spoke wheels as an option. The move should help in keeping the lineup appealing without making any changes to the engines or features.
2027 Kawasaki Ninja 300
This month Kawasaki launched the 2027 Ninja 300 in India with a Rs 17,000 price hike. The bike remains mechanically unchanged, and also looks exactly the same as the previous model. However it is now available in a single colour option called Lime Green, which is similar to the shade which the bigger Kawasaki Ninja 650 and Ninja ZX-6R gets. However, priced at Rs 3.34 lakh (ex-showroom), it is still quite an expensive motorcycle for what it offers.
Ducati Diavel V4 Black Roadster
Ducati launched the Diavel V4 Black Roadster Edition, giving its muscular power cruiser a stealthier appearance. Finished in an all-black theme, the motorcycle continues with its powerful V4 engine, premium electronics package and distinctive styling that sets it apart from other performance cruisers.
Honourable Mentions
Honda also made headlines in July by unveiling several new motorcycles for the Indian market. These included the CB500, Rebel 300, Rebel 500, XR 300L and XR 300 Rally, signalling the brand’s plans to strengthen its premium motorcycle portfolio. Alongside these models, Honda also introduced new colour options for the popular CB350 series, giving buyers more choices without altering the motorcycles mechanically.
User Reviews
It is a fantastic bike. Dual engines. Aesthetically pleasing. Smooth driving and cruising experience. Authentic servicing and maintenance could be a little challenging given the limited number of Kawasaki stores. It offers 25-30 KMPL mileage in the city, and over 30 on highways. The fuel tank capacity is also huge at 17 liters of petrol. Amazing control of the driver on bike even at top-notch speeds. Read More
