The 2019 BMW R 1250 GS has been launched in India. The German manufacturer has brought all five variants of the bike to our shores via the CBU (completely built unit) route. You can book the new adventure tourer at any BMW Motorrad showroom in the country for an amount of Rs 3 lakh. The ex-showroom prices are as follows –

The 2019 BMW R 1250 GS is priced at a premium of Rs 1 over the outgoing model, the BMW R 1200 GS. At this price, it sits right in between its rivals - the Ducati Multistrada 1260 (Rs 15.99 lakh) and the Triumph Tiger 1200 (Rs 17 lakh). BMW also offers a range of accessories with the R 1250 GS. These include - the Vario luggage system, an engine guard, a tinted windshield, rider adjustable footpegs, and more! The Bavarian giant has made their new flagship adventure tourer more powerful, modern and, believe it or not, fuel efficient too. Considering, the package on offer and its smart pricing, the R 1250 GS does pack the potential to give the Ducati and Triumph a run for its money.
