According to the company officials, DSK-Benelli will launch TNT 25 in India between December 18 and 22. The motorcycle made its debut in India during the 2015 India Bike Week. The company earlier confirmed that they will be launching the 250cc motorcycle in the month of December. Benelli TNT 25 will be the cheapest and only single cylinder offering by the company adding to Benelli’s existing lineup which consists of TNT 300, TNT 600i, TNT 600GT, TNT 899 and TNT R. Like all other offerings from Benelli, TNT 25 will be brought to India through CKD route and will be assembled locally in the Maharashtra facility of DSK Motowheels. The bike is expected to be priced at around Rs. 2 lac (ex-showroom) and will give a tough competition to KTM Duke 390 and Mahindra Mojo.

TNT 25 is powered by a 249cc, liquid-cooled, single cylinder engine that comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The mill generates a maximum power of 24.2 bhp at 9,000 rpm with a peak torque of 21 Nm at 7,000 rpm. Built on a steel trestle frame, this quarter-liter motorcycle draws its visual inspiration from its siblings and boasts many street fighters like characteristics such as exposed body frame, minimal bodywork and sculpted fuel tank. It comes equipped with 41mm USD forks up front and a mono shock suspension at the rear. The bike runs on 17-inch alloy wheels and gets a 280mm disc at the front and 240mm disc at the rear wheel. The company is also spreading its network and currently has dealerships across 14 major cities of India.

Overall experience is satisfying ...Good for long drives however turning radius is little big if you are driving in city traffic.. I bought this bike specifically for long drives and I did approximately 6 long drives so far and all turned out to be exiting. Always using shell unleaded petrol helped me to get good performance on the highways with decent millage.Read More
