Can we expect three new products from Bajaj in the future?

It's common practice for brands to file a trademark for names it may or may not use for future products. Although brands secure a bunch of names, not all of them see the light of day. Recently Bajaj has registered three new names in India - Racer, Hammer & Aura, and here is what we think they could be.

    Racer:

As the name suggests, this could be a motorcycle which will compete in the premium sport-bike category. Bajaj's current flagship in this segment are the Pulsar 250 twins - F250 & N250. However, unlike two decades ago, the Pulsar domination in the game of speed is over with other brands out performing the "biggest Pulsars yet" on many fronts. And given the Dominar brand is more synonymous with touring, 'Racer' could see the return of the "Fastest Indian". Fingers crossed.

    Aura:

While this is just an educated guess, the name Aura could be the next electric scooter to retail alongside the Chetak. The Chetak is a premium electric scooter but lacks in range and features some of its competition like Ola S1 Pro, Ather 450X and TVS iQube are offering. Maybe, the Aura is the product to plug that need gap.

    Hammer:

Yet again, using nothing but guess work, we suspect the Hammer is potentially a new brand to feature in Bajaj's commuter line of bikes. It could retail next to Bajaj's CT product line, and the name 'Hammer' too sounds like a product for the masses. Lastly, a hammer can be read as a symbolic representation of hard work, like the broom is to "clean up" corruption in politics.

Bajaj isn't a brand known to do too many things all at once. It's known to do a few things and do them well. Hence, our best guess is that all three names may not make it to final product portfolio. But logically, each one can be used to push the envelope further in their respective segments.

      the best ever
The Bajaj Pulsar NS200 is one of India’s most popular 200 cc streetfighter motorcycles, known for its powerful engine and sporty character. It’s powered by a 199.5 cc, liquid-cooled, 4-valve DTS-i engine that makes around 24.1–24.5 PS of power and ~18.7 Nm of torque, paired with a smooth 6-speed gearbox that delivers strong acceleration and a top speed near 140 km/h, making it fun for both city rides and highway cruising.

      The underrated gem
The first gen 200ns was the bike I fell in love with back then, so I always wanted one and hence got the current version of the bike. Apart from that the character of the engine and mainly the muscular timeless design and the sound...! The ride until now has been pretty pretty good, Yes there are some nacks here n there in terms of the build quality, fit n finish and some minor vibration aroun fron visor and rear seat, But the bike feels soo much emgaging to ride, everytime I'm on the bike it wants me to rev the engine all the way, and I find myself smiling inside my helmet. the major chunk of power comes above 6k rpm and that's where all the fun starts. All though the engine is much much more refined than the original 200ns but still you can feel that aggresive character in it. I feel the braking could have been better specially the organic brake pads, I think bybre was much better. And the abs kicks in a bit sooner than needed. In terms of handling this bike is such a gem, with the new usd forks its better than ever, the bike feels so like yet so stable on highways and once you get it into corners, then you can actually unleash the full potential of this machine, the chassis and dynamics are so good, the bike just flows into corners, I think bajaj can do better job for tyres as well, the bike demands 110 and 140 sections. But Bajaj being Bajaj, they had to do cost cutting so. Overal I'd say an amazing experience so far not a single moment of regret. All I have is satisfaction and the urge to get on my bike again and go out for a spin...! Okay so if you're someone who is very much into techy features and all those stuff then you should stay away, there are many other competitors who are much better. But i think that's not the purpose of this bike. This machine is for someone who just wants to have fun every time they get on the bike, someone who want to feel that rush and adrenaline surge into your veins everytime you ride the bike, someone who wants to lean how to ride fast the right way, someone who cares more about the engaging riding feel and experience rather than spec sheets filled with all the tech gizmos... You should definitely go and have a proper ride on this bike to fell all that beforehand atleast once..!

      NH 200 best bike
I choose the Bajaj pulsar ns200 for its combination of strong performance aggressive styling and excellent value for money within the 200cc segment. It is a popular choice for riders looking for a good performance machine in a budget. The Bajaj pulsar ns200 generally offers a fun and capable ride praised for its engine performance sporty handling and comfortable ergonomics for city and some longer rides. However some riders note that the engine can feel coarse with vibrations at higher RPM and the pillion seat is considered uncomfortable for long trips. The pulsar ns200 is worth considering if you prioritise strong performance and sharp handling at an affordable price making it a good option for city and occasional highway riding. However it may not be the best choice if you want modern features as it lacks some advance feature and has some drawbacks such as poor rear brake feel uncomfortable pillion seat and dated styling.
