Bajaj Auto has launched the new Pulsar 150 Neon in India at Rs 64,998 (ex-showroom Delhi). Based on the Pulsar 150 Classic, the bike is offered in three different colour options - Neon Red, Neon Silver and Neon Yellow with a matte black paint job.
Essentially, the ‘Neon’ paint scheme comprises of colour coordinated headlamp eyebrows, Pulsar logos, side panel mesh and an alloy grab rail. Additionally, the Pulsar 150 Neon also features rim tapes that match the colour accents on the bike along with an embossed logo at the rear rather than a sticker, which gives the bike a more premium feel.

Aside from the abovementioned cosmetic upgrades, the bike remains unchanged. It’s powered by the same 149cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled motor that churns out 14PS and 13.4Nm. It comes mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
The Pulsar 150 Neon retains the same underpinnings as well. Suspension duties are handled by telescopic forks up front and a twin gas-charged suspension setup at the rear. In terms of braking, the bike gets a 240mm disc brake at the front and a 130mm drum unit at the rear. Sadly, it doesn’t get ABS as standard.

The Pulsar 150 Neon competes against the TVS Apache RTR 160, Yamaha FZ-FI and the Hero Extreme Sports.
Here’s the official statement from the manufacturer.

Bajaj Pulsar 150 (2018-2026) User Reviews
- reliable daily commuter with great mileageNeeded something dependable for daily city traffic that wouldn't eat up all petrol money. looked at a few other 150cc options but the pulsar 150 just felt like the right balance of price, low maintenance and that classic muscular look that never gets old. Honestly pretty smooth for daily running, engine has nice pickup in lower gears so overtaking in heavy trafffic is easy, getting a solid 45-50 km regularly, only slight downside is minor handle vibes past 85 kmph but for everyday city speeds, its steady and comfortable. Definitely 100 percent recommend it, if you want a reliable everyday bike with decent power and great fuel efficiency, maintenance is super cheap and spare parts are available anywhere. just a solid, no nonsense daily runner that gets the job done.Read More4

- A True All-Rounder in the 150cc SegmentI chose this bike because it feels smooth and stable on highways while still offering good control in the city, even though the suspension feels slightly stiff on rough roads. It gives good mileage, looks stylish and is comfortable enough for family rides, making it a practical and reliable choice. The ride so far has been very satisfying. It feels comfortable for daily use, gives good mileage and has strong pickup. Handling is stable and confident, especially on highways where it feels smooth and controlled even at higher speeds. Yes, I would recommend this bike. I bought it mainly for daily office travel and occasional weekend rides. It gives me decent mileage and the pickup is good enough for city traffic. On highways it feels stable and confident. The suspension is slightly stiff on rough roads but overall comfort is fine. If someone wants a practical, stylish and reliable bike in this budget, this is a good choice.Read More10 2
