When speaking about the Indian racing, TVS has been in the talks always. Majority of motorbike racers from India shared their legecy with TVS, which is one of the largest two wheeler companies in India, during the starting phase of their racing careers. It was because of these factors and also the hard work put in by the company that led to the introduction of TVS Apache series of motorcycles in the Indian bike market. If some minor factors are ignored, the TVS Apache is arguably one of the best motorbikes available in the Indian bike market at present.
At first, the bike was launched with a 150cc engine. Later, to promote the bike as a powerful model with a high-racing spirit, the 160cc and 180cc versions were also introduced. Some of the modifications in the motorcycle along with time include in-take scoops near the fuel tank and an alteration in the graphical design in the Hyper edge series. Apache was also the first bike of India to feature ABS in the 180cc version.
TVS Apache is a very popular and highly demanded bike even in the Indonesian bike market. Recently, there were unconfirmed reports that the company is going to launch all new 200cc and 250cc versions of the Apache.
News is also strong about the company introducing Velocity model in the Indian market; this would basically be a street-fighter getting inspired by Apache. However, it looks like that TVS with go with either upgradation of the Apache or introduce it with a facelift. The all new Apache RTR series is expected to be ver good in terms of its style and design. Having said that, there is still no news about the upgraded engine. The TVS Apache RTR will be up for sale in a couple of months time. The pricing is also expected to be reasonable as efficient pricing has been one of the major reasons for the success of the bike iin India apart from its stylish looks and design.

- Urgent sell bikeApache RTR 4v black is quite good bike as compared to other brand. This bike offer 17 bhp and 15 nm torque which is quite fast coming to looks. - Great Performance and Handling but City Mileage CoI chose the TVS Apache RTR 160 4V TFT USD model mainly for its sporty design, features and strong road presence. The bike feels very stable on highways and comfortable for daily city rides. Handling is sharp and confidence inspiring. It is also good for family usage when riding normally. Overall the build quality, braking and features like TFT display make the bike feel premium in this segment. Ride quality so far has been very good. The Apache RTR 160 4V TFT USD has excellent handling and stability. In highways the bike feels planted and smooth even at higher speeds. Braking performance and suspension are also good for most road conditions. But the biggest downside for me is the city mileage. In city I am getting around 28 to 32 kmpl, which is lower than expected for a 160cc bike. If someone wants good performance, sporty design, great handling and modern features, the Apache RTR 160 4V TFT USD is a very good choice. However mileage is the only reason I hesitate to recommend it to everyone. Competitors like Pulsar N160 give better mileage in city conditions. So if mileage is your main priority you may consider other options, but apart from that the bike is really enjoyable to ride.Read More3

- Apache RTR reviewAccording to online review it's the best bike in the segment. I reviewed other bikes in the segment and everybody has their pros and cons but this is the overall best friend and it has been running on the roads were years that's why. Very punchy and comfortable. It's very manuvareble in traffic and the blood through technology is very helpful in the driving also when it comes to I wait as a very good performance. Mileage is pretty good. Yes to anyone in this segment. Even even has an interesting 160 CC segment this is the best way to go for according to me as it as too much features for the price range and it is very much good for this age group.Read More6 3
