2026 Honda NX500 E-Clutch: Features Explained
The addition of this new feature makes NX500 a direct competitor to BMW F 450 GS
Honda has recently launched the NX500 E-Clutch in India, priced at Rs 7,43,900 (ex-showroom, India). The major update now is the E-Clutch system; the rest of the features list remains the same. Here is everything you need to know:
Convenience Features
This middleweight ADV gets an E-Clutch system which electronically manages clutch engagement during ignition, gear shifting and stopping the bike. This reduces the need to operate the clutch level manually, which also helps reduce fatigue in stop-and-go traffic situations.
It still gets a 5-inch colour TFT console with smartphone connectivity. It enables turn-by-turn navigation, call/text alerts and music control. The bike also gets a USB charging port.
Safety Features
The NX500 E-Clutch gets a dual-disc setup at the front with dual-channel ABS. It gets Honda Selectable Torque Control, which is a traction control which can be turned off completely with a dedicated button. The bike is also equipped with assist and a slipper clutch.
The Honda NX500 E-clutch rivals the BMW F 450 GS Trophy, which also gets an automatic clutch.
