The upcoming Bajaj Pulsar 180 has been spotted at dealerships ahead of its launch. The bike was discontinued in 2022, but will be re-introduced soon, with quite a few updates.
What’s New?
From the spyshots, the upcoming Pulsar 180 has updated styling similar to the Bajaj Pulsar 150 –a muscular tank and a sleek tail section.It is expected to come in three colour options: Black and Blue, Black and Red, and Black and Silver, along with some sporty graphics to enhance its visual appeal. These colours are also available on the Pulsar 150. For now, the feature updates visible in the photos are LED headlight, LED indicators, and a monochrome LCD console with smartphone connectivity.Engine Specs
The new Pulsar 180 will have a BS6.2 compliant engine. The previous-gen Pulsar 180 had a 178cc air-cooled single-cylinder engine that made about 17PS and 14.2Nm, which shouldn’t change much in the new bike.
Expected Launch And Pricing
The recent dealership sighting indicates that the launch could happen in the coming weeks. The new Pulsar 180 is expected to be priced between the Pulsar 150 and Pulsar 220F, making it an attractive middle-ground option in the lineup. That said, we can expect the model to be priced at Rs 1.2 lakh (ex-showroom). Previously, the Pulsar 180 was a perfect middleground between the thrilling performance of the bigger Pulsar 220F, and the efficiency of the Pulsar 150, and the same can be expected from the new one.
