Recently launched in Indonesia, 2016 Honda CBR150R has given us the hope that it will be coming to India but now it is confirmed that the company will not launch this bike in the country. Along with this, the facelifted CBR250R is also not going to hit the Indian shores anytime soon.

As Honda has left the Indian consumer high and dry, after giving them hope of witnessing the CBR300R (in place of CBR250R) at the 2015 RevFest. Recently, The company did the same at the 2016 Auto Expo as it came here without these machines and disappointed the biking enthusiasts. Honda has also confirmed that it won’t launch any new motorcycle in India in the sub 500cc segment, hence, we won’t be able to see the CBR500R vrooming on the street anytime soon.

Just to remind you, Honda Motorcycles and Scooters India (HMSI) had rolled out the CBR250R back in 2011 while the CBR150R was introduced in 2012. Since their inception, both the bikes have not received any upgrades expect new decals and stickers. On the other hand, in the international market, these two vehicles received many updates such as tweaked style, boosted engine, lighter chassis and much more.

We believe, HMSI thinks the existing CBR’s range is good enough to compete with Hero MotoCorp and will be able to push it down to the second position and take the position of largest two-wheeler manufacturer in the world.

Service is the issue.

Never buy this bike. Pathic service, low-quality performance, and many problems with the bike, and there is hardly any one who can solve issues with the bike, say no to Honda CBR. Read More
