Recently, a few images revealing the important details about the specs, lineup, and colours of the upcoming KTM 390 Adventure and KTM 390 Enduro R range have leaked online.
The KTM 250 Adventure was spotted testing in India for the very first time, but we think that there is also a possibility of it being the upcoming 390 Adventure X, which would be the cheaper variant of the ADV. KTM has announced accessories of Rs 13,000 for free as standard with the KTM 390 Adventure X. Find out more.
KTM 390 Adventure X Price:
The 390 Adventure X is priced at Rs 2,82,951 (Ex-showroom, Delhi). The ADV is available in two colours- Dark Galvano Black and Electric Orange.
KTM 390 Adventure X Features:
The KTM 390 Adventure X features an LCD console, borrowed from its smaller sibling, the KTM 250 Adventure and a standard 12-volt charging port. It misses out on traction control, ride modes, cornering ABS, TFT console, navigation and smartphone connectivity.
KTM 390 Adventure X Engine:
The KTM 390 Adventure X is powered by the same engine as the KTM 390 Duke. The 373cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine makes 43. 5PS at 9000rpm and 37Nm at 7000rpm. The engine works in conjunction with a six-speed transmission with a slipper clutch. There’s no quickshifter on offer on the X.
KTM 390 Adventure X Suspension & Brakes:
The India-spec version comes with a non-adjustable inverted front fork (WP Apex Big Piston fork with 170mm travel) and alloy wheels wrapped with MRF MoGrip Meteor rubber instead of the Metzeler Tourance units on the standard variant. At the rear, it gets WP Apex monoshock with 10-step preload adjustability and 177mm wheel travel. Braking is via a 320mm disc up front and a 230mm disc at the rear with a dual-channel ABS with off-road mode (it switches off the rear unit, allowing riders to slide the bike). The KTM 390 Adventure comes with a 19-inch front and a 17-inch rear alloy wheel setup.
