The XC variant is the more capable, more hardcore off-road oriented version of the Scrambler 400 X

    Quick News Highlights

    • Triumph has teased the Scrambler 400XC on its social media channels

    • The bike is expected to be launched this week

    • Its pricing was leaked a few days ago

Triumph has teased the Scrambler 400XC on its social media channels in India. The bike is expected to be launched some time this week in the country. Its pricing was leaked a few days ago, and the variant was pegged at Rs 2,94,147 (ex-showroom, Bengaluru). This makes it the most expensive motorcycle in Triumph’s 400cc range. In comparison, the Scrambler 400X is priced at Rs 2,67,207 (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The new Triumph Scrambler 400XC gets tubeless spoke wheels as standard, making the bike a more capable offroader than the Scrambler 400. The spoke wheels will help it absorb bumps and impacts with more resilience when compared to alloys. The spoke wheels are designed to be compatible with tubeless tyres, which can handle punctures better than tubed tyres. Apart from the spoke wheels, the bike also gets a high-mounted front fender, and a windscreen as standard (both accessories on the Scrambler 400X).

BREAKING: Triumph Scrambler 400 XC Price Revealed

The bike also gets a new lemon-yellow colour scheme that looks quite attractive, with a nice touch of black graphics across the body panels. It is also expected to get all the standard fitments of the Scrambler 400X–the tankpads, the headlight grill, knuckle guards, an aluminium bash-plate and dual-purpose tyres too.

The bike will carry over the same 398cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine from the Scrambler 400X, producing 40PS @8,000rpm and 37.5Nm @6,500rpm, paired to a six-speed gearbox assisted by a slipper clutch. Also, most of the underpinnings are expected to remain the same as the Scrambler 400X.

The new bike, most likely will get the same features and tech as the 400X, with LED-lighting, switchable ABS and traction control system. When launched, it will rival the bikes like the Royal Enfield Scram 440, the Husqvarna Svartpilen 401 and the Yezdi Scrambler.

      Scrambler 400XC
The size of the bike giant and the bold look specially one in white colour with premium build quality and the power with tractable engine the led head lamps and controls is all that I got attracted towards it. Till now I haven't went on any long rides but some average ride it was very smooth specially the suspension offroad is worth. At high speed felt some buzz vibration but thats but common at that speed you felt so not major problem. Definitely I have already suggested it to one my friend and after 2 months he also bought. If a person who likes doing long ride and off roading specially if the person has good height then it's a perfect bike I would recommend.

      Bestest bike in the segment
The looks of this bike are soo good, I have one in the black colour and I totally love it. I ve had seem this bike on reels and had an eye on it and finally I bought it by my own money so I m feeling very good. Pretty decent ride review from me, i loved the seat and comfort, brakes are good and speed and torque is also great. Fat tyres gives a better grip and confidence at sharp turns. I personally checked the high speed and mileage test and it gave me great result. Yes I m a college student and this bike is soo good for students and young riders. Its an eye catcher at any roads and the speed it gives is pure adrenaline. If you can make upto this budget then it is the best bike around this segment.
