Best bike I have ever scene in this budget Everyone must go ahade for this bike . I used it for 6 months gives great mileage and battery charging is also so fast as I accepted in this budgets range. After sales service is too good I love it .best performance in city and rural area also great bike buy it.
It’s been 3 weeks I bought Simple One in Bangalore Marathahalli Showroom. While buying g this I had enquired Ather, Ola as well. Ather was fantastic but didn’t go for it because of its low range. OLA didn’t like riding comfort and also due the on going service issues didn’t preferred. Finally I choose Simple one over Ather because of only one reason ‘190’ km range what they claimed. But it it really failed and didn’t meet the said range, so far I had driven 210km mostly in Eco mode only (max 20km would have driven in ride mode which is is just above the Eco mode) and charged 3 times. When I raise this issue to service centre they have updated software and assured the problem should be solved. Surprisingly the issue still exist and it gave me only ~60km in a full charge, when I raise this issue to service centre (Mahadevapura, Blr) they said scooter has to ride at least 500km then things will fall in place. If that’s the case don’t know why they didn’t told me when I raised initially
It's a good electric daily life vehicle,it's best for city use . range of the vehicle is better compared to other brands.still improvement should be needed,i urg that in future brand may improve the required features.over all the raid quality was God at the point.i wish upgradations in future make it a best electric vehicle
The worst service, No repairing tools and No spare parts, not control vehicle, extreme noise sound and Fork sound range problem, starting switch problem, sometimes not change mode, responsibility. I am wasting number of times in Showroom, not clear problems I will file a complaint on Consumer Farm .. the worst simple one
It's a very good scooter for daily commute in the city which gives good mileage and performance with its longer range
