Simple Is All Set To Launch The One Electric Scooter Tomorrow

The e-scooter will finally launch after 2 years of waiting

After two years of intense waiting and creating an immense amount of anticipation, Simple Energy will finally launch the One electric scooter tomorrow. 

In the present EV market, the Simple One has the highest range on offer among the other e-scooters, claiming 236km. Oh, and we were fortunate enough to test out the One last year and we were quite mesmerised by the performance. Head on here to check out our review.

Hopefully, the deliveries for Simple One will start soon after the official launch. However, what remains to be seen is how hooked the potential buyers would still be to the One due to the multiple delays in the launch and delivery timelines. And its rivals have only increased since Simple One’s initial unveiling.

Another aspect to be seen is if Simple retains the initial asking price of the e-scooter – Rs 1,09,999 for the standard model and Rs 1,44,999 (ex-Bengaluru, incl FAME-II subsidies) for the extended battery pack version. It goes up against the likes of Ather 450X and Ola S1 Pro e-scooters.
