Now Royal Enfield bikes will soon get enhanced engine power! Yes, the company is going to use a 535cc piston kit in its cruisers. Presently Royal Enfield is using 350cc to 500 cc Unit Construction Engine in its bikes which produces good power. But after using this enhanced Piston kit in the bikes, they will produce max power and torque than present.
Presently Royal Enfield includes three models in its stable like Royal Enfield Bullet, Royal Enfield Bullet Classic, Royal Enfield Thunderbird while Royal Enfield Fury is also ready to launch in domestic market. This Unit Construction Engine technology uses in all the bikes and presently Roayl Enfield Bullet Classic 350cc and Royal Enfield Bullet Classic 500cc are newly included bikes in its stable which produce excellent power and torque.
The company is to purchase this 535cc piston kit from UK based Hitchcock Motorcycles. For it, RE has ordered UK giant to develop these excellent performance upgrade kits for Royal Enfields UCE500 engine.
This high performer 535cc piston had been developed by German Wossner pistons in conjunction with the legendary Swiss motorcycle tuner Fritz Egli and Jochen Sommer. And this awesome technique is enhancing the power of USE engines. This Piston will increase both power and torque of the UCE500 engine through means of increasing the engine capacity. It is expected that when this 535cc piston kit will be loaded in the engine, Royal Enfield bikes would produce about 2 Bhp and 4 Nm more engine output than present engine. This Piston kit will priced at Rs. 10,000 for 500cc engine bikes that may attract more pricing on Royal Enfield bikes.
