PURE EV Recalls 2,000 Electric Scooters Post Fire Incident

In light of multiple fire incidents, Pure EV in a statement said that they’ve decided to recall about 2,000 units of the ETrance Plus and the EPluto 7G. They’re the second EV manufacturer to do so, since their fellow Hyderabad-based manufacturer Okinawa too recalled more than 3,000 units. Read more about it here.
PURE EV has said that the batteries will be checked for any imbalance issues along with their health. BaTRics Faraday, an AI-system that they’ve developed, will also go through a full check and will be fine-tuned if needed.

An Ola S1 Pro caught fire last month. Head here to read more about it. Post that, the Centre for Fire Explosive and Environment Safety (CFEES) stepped in, and a probe was ordered into it. Recently Union Minister Nitin Gadkari called for voluntary recalls for malfunctioning EVs. He also talked about heavy penalties for sub-standard EVs.

It should not be given even 1 star. This scooter designers, service persons, employees and the company all are professional fraudsters. Even if some person tells that he is using the vehicle and its good, that customer si also fake or he may be a very new user. So do not believe Pure Ev. I purchased it 3 yes back and from 1st month itself problems are increasing but there is no resolution given by the pure ev team for any problem. It is completely unacceptable from every point of view. I recommend please do not waste money on their products. They do not help u once u buy it. Read More
most unsafe scooty . sometimes brake don't work service center are so far also they only accept your scooty if you have apoinment or else they will send you back.

I have faced Battery issue from purchase of one year,no service response,service side they are telling company has closed,waste of money
3rd class product don't but it after 10k km battery drainage problem compare to petrol scooter doesn't worth it
