Teasers on social media hint at a naked streetfighter and faired supersport

[UPDATE: Keeway has launched two new bikes in India, the K300 N and the K300 R. Full details in our launch story]

Keeway India is likely to launch two new bikes tomorrow and has teased the models on its social media handles. Initial glimpses from these teasers reveal one of them to be a naked streetfighter and the other to be a faired supersport.

These teaser videos come fresh on the heels of the launch of Keeway’s second V-twin cruiser for the Indian market, the V302C. While the video gives only short closeups of the bikes, we think the naked streetfighter could be a rebadged version of CFMoto’s 300NK, featuring a single-cylinder, 292cc engine producing 27.8PS and 25Nm.

The small teaser of the faired Keeway sportbike reveals a twin LED headlight setup, flanked by LED DRLs that are integrated into the fairing. It also appears to sport clip-on handlebars, and the mirrors too appear to be foldable. It also sports the same set of golden, upside-down forks spotted on the naked streetfighter.

At first glance, it visually looks a lot like the CFMoto 300SR, albeit with Keeway branding. The CFMoto is powered by a 292cc, single-cylinder mill making 29PS and 25.3Nm. Expect the Keeway supersport to have the same powertrains and other mechanicals as the CFMoto sportbike.

Expect more details to trickle through soon about these upcoming Keeway bikes. After adding these two upcoming bikes, Keeway will have a total of six offerings in India, featuring the likes of the Vieste 300 maxi-scooter, Sixties 300i retro scooter and the K-Light 250V cruiser. The Keeway streetfighter will go up against the likes of the KTM 250 Duke, BMW G 310 R and Honda CB300R, while the supersport will compete against the TVS Apache RR 310, Kawasaki Ninja 300 and KTM RC 390.
