Honda Vision 110 to Replace Honda Dio

After the split of joint venture between Hero group and Honda Motors both the automobile companies are in process of establishing their individual identities in the global market. Now the latest news is from Honda Motors and Scooters India Limited (HMSIL). There are rumours that Honda Dio scooter from Honda Motors is soon going to be updated with new upcoming scooter Honda Vision 110 from HMSIL in Indian two wheeler market. The new Honda Vision 110 is going to make its debut in the U.K market during next month and the rumours reveal that from there the next market for Honda Vision will be Indian two wheeler market. Though the official announcement in this regard is still to be made by HMSI that whether it will removing Honda Dio from Indian market or not by launching Honda Vision 110 in Indian market.

Coming towards the features of new Honda Vision 110 it is said that Honda Vision is upgraded with four stroke engine supported by PGM-FI fuel injection with electric start. The four stroke engine generates the power of 8.4 PS@ 8000 rpm and torque of 8.7 NM @6500 rpm. With this the Honda Vision is customized with much cosmetics like telescopic forks with hydraulic dampers followed by combine braking system (CBS). The seat located at height of 760 mm makes the wide space for storing goods below the seat. With petrol tank of 5.5 litre the new Honda Vision 110 is expected to give an average of 50.2 kmpl and generates more power than compared to Honda Dio. However the weight of Honda Vision is similar to that of Honda Dio i.e. 102 kilograms. Apart from this new Honda Vision 110 comes with few necessary accessories like alarm kit with U-lock to support safety from theft, knuckle visor set, scooter cover, top box along with separate top box to carry extra luggage, with high windscreen. The other features can be assessed and viewed once the scooter is officially launched in market.
