The country’s biggest two-wheeler giant, Hero MotoCorp has recently launched its two bikes in Madhya Pradesh. In an event held on Thursday, the manufacturer launched the all-new 150cc sporty motorcycle, Xtreme Sports along with the refreshed version of the popular commuter bike, Passion Pro. In Madhya Pradesh, Hero MotoCorp leads over other two-wheeler brands as it has already a commanding share of 50 percent over the market.

On the occasion, Mr. Rahul Shivani, Zonal Head, Hero MotoCorp conveyed, "The company already commands 50 per cent market share in Madhya Pradesh which means every second bike is from the HCML," He further said that the company has a total of 400 centres in the state and this number will soon be rising to a figure of 450.

Hero MotoCorp Xtreme Sports is a trendy 150cc entry-level performance bike that draws its power from a five-speed, 149.2cc, air-cooled, four-stroke engine that churns out a net power of 15.2bhp at 8,500rpm along with a peak torque of 13.5Nm at 7,000rpm. The bike has a sharp headlamp section along with predatory lights mounted at the top. Besides it, the all-new Xtreme Sports also gets split, step-up seat, dual disc brakes and attractive graphics as its astonishing features.

On the other hand, the revised version of Passion Pro is powered by a 97.2cc, four-stroke, air-cooled mill that comes linked to a four-speed constant mesh gearbox. The engine generates a net power of 8.2bhp at 8,000rpm with a maximum torque of 8.05Nm at 5,000rpm. The new Passion Pro comes with power start, front side cowl and digital-analog combo meter, improving the visibility of the instrument cluster. The bike will offer eight exciting colors to choose from- Black Sports Red, Black Heavy Grey, Black Frost Blue, Sports Red, Force Silver, Bronze yellow and two completely new colors- Matte Brown and Majestic White.
