After the successful launches of Street Twin and T120 at the Auto Expo 2016, the iconic British motorcycle maker has now revealed the first look of 2016 Tiger Sport. The latest entrant in the Triumph motorcycle fleet gets its power by a 1050cc, 3-cylinder inline engine that also powers the 2016 Speed Triple. The new Tiger Sports compete against the Kawasaki Versys 1000 and BMW S1000 XR. Other important features of the motorcycle include ride-by-wire throttle, various riding modes, multi-level traction control, ABS, Slip-assist  clutch and cruise control.

2016 Triumph Tiger Sports gets a few minor updates including ‘grippier’ foot pegs, an adjustable tinted screen and new mirrors. The bike also gets a new matte black and silver colour scheme making it look visually appealing. The company is yet to disclose the specifications and power details.

Aesthetically, the new Triumph Tiger Sports looks fierce and aggressive and more aerodynamically designed. The bike has been already spotted testing last month and the global launch of the motorcycle could happen anytime soon.

Important features of the motorcycles are as follows:

Next-Gen 1050cc 3-cylinder, inline engine with increased torque and improved mileage

Rider focused technology like ride-by-wire throttle and riding modes

Multi-level traction control, Cruise control and ABS as standard feature
