EXCLUSIVE: The Bajaj Pulsar RS200 Receives Its Biggest Price Hike Ever

The bike has crept uncomfortably close to the Rs 1.60 lakh mark now

The bike has crept uncomfortably close to the Rs 1.60 lakh mark now

Just yesterday Bajaj Auto quietly hiked the prices of its Pulsar 125, 150, 180, 220F, NS160 and the NS200. Now, our sources have told us that the Pune-based bikemaker has hiked the prices of the Pulsar RS200 and it is possibly one of the highest increments ever seen across the Pulsar lineup. Here is its new ex-showroom price for Delhi:

New Price

Old Price

Difference

RS200

Rs 1,57,184

1,52,179

Rs 5,005

Like we said, this is the biggest price hike amongst all Pulsar models we’ve seen yet. The increment is similar to some KTM bikes, which have also undergone huge price hikes. What makes matters worse is that no updates have been made to the motorcycle, thus worsening the value-for-money prospect of the RS. Interestingly, after the hike, the RS200's ex-showroom price has become even more than the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V's on-road price. We hope Bajaj gives a valid explanation for this absurd price hike soon.

The Pulsar lineup has become pretty dated now but a brand new lineup is said to be in the works. Recently, our sources confirmed that the Pulsar 250 is coming soon. It is expected to be priced competitively, probably going on to become the most affordable 250cc bike in our market. Read our detailed price analysis of the Pulsar 250 here.

The Bike condition is extremely

The bike condition is extremely new. This bike is only for riding enthusiast who need adrenaline punch once the accelerate. The bike power delivery is best in its segment and its bs4 200cc engine which allows you to push till your limits now bs6 engine is limited with rpm limiter but this engine will give you exact fun to drive pleasure. Maintenance cost is also good as per size and cc of this bike. Easy to maintain, easily parts are available.Read More

Bajaj rs200

Bajaj pulsar RS 200 was one of classic edition. It give so smooth and good mileage. The sound of bike was as similar to RC 200 also the look was so glassy and clear cut. Most of people like the gray and dark edition. The specific feature like ABS and projector lights of bike give more advantage for bike. And this makes everyone looks so deep on buying and handel the RS 200 However as same as positive on bike have a negative side. Its cause some heating issues and noise trouble. All surrounded with plastic and carbon so we have to maintain careful. A good rider will look after his bike always. Thank youRead More
