Ducati Montster 1100 EVO gets new changes

Ducati Monster 1100 EVO which was first time displayed at 2010 EICMA has undergone an upgrade. The new upgraded version of the bike is called Ducati 1100 EVO that promises to provider great performance along with high-tech security features.

 

 

 


This new powerful version of the bike has been equipped with Ducati Traction Control (DTC) and Antilock Braking System (ABS) that ensure maximum security in an accidental case. Some changes have also been done in its 98mm bore, 71.5mm stroke; its 1078cc powerplant now generates 5bhp more power than its previous 100bhp.

 


Tts cylinder heads have also undergone a change, now it gets increased valve lift. There is new pistons are also fitted in the inlet ports and combustion chamber of the bike.

 


Along with DTC and ABS, the Ducati Safety Pack (DSP) is other feature which is included in it while Ducati Data Analyser (DDA) is also available. The bike gets new 10 spoke wheels and optional Pirelli Diablo Rosso tyres. It gets 43mm suspension at front while a fully adjustable Marzocchi fork and a Sachs monoshock rear suspension along with adjustable preload has been fitted. There are some more changes present in the bike which ensure to make it excellent than older one.

 


On the other hand, Ducati has entered in Indian two-wheeler market and launched its flagship bike models like Ducati Hypermotard, Ducati Monster, Ducati Sports Classic, Ducati Streetfighter, Ducati Superbike and its new beast Ducati Diavel is awaited in the domestic market. And now this new upgraded Ducati Monster 1100 EVO is also expected in Indian market.
